Obama, Terrorists, Oil, Stupid, America Screwed

Thursday, May 15th, 2008

Work with me people I’m gonna weave a couple of topics and posts into one confusing one, LOL!

From Hot Air

The latest ad from the RNC takes some low-hanging fruit and makes a feast from it. The ad takes the energy policy of Barack Obama and compares it to the last President that tried it — Jimmy Carter. Obama’s call for a windfall-profits tax against oil companies prompts a history lesson about the results from the last such attempt:

RNC Commercial

MORE READINGPDF - RNC Research Briefing: Why Does Barack Obama Want To Increase Taxes Again And
Drive Up The Cost Of Gasoline On Americans?

BUT NOW WATCH THIS CLIP OF OBAMA….

TEXT: Sen. Barack Obama The Age of oil must end speech

“your great mayor” LOL!

“We fuel our oil addiction by sending over 800 million dollars a day to countries that include some of the most despotic volatile regimes in the world.”

“oil money funds everything from the madrassas that plant the seeds of terror in young minds, to sunni insurgents that attack our troops in Iraq, corrupts budding democracies
and gives dictators from Venezuela to Iran the power to freely defy the international community it even presents a larger target for Osama Bin Laden who has told Al Qaeda to focus your operations on oil especially in Iraq and the gulf area since this will cause Americans to die off on their own”

The clip

Now Bush says this:

“Some seem to believe we should negotiate with terrorists and radicals, as if some ingenious argument will persuade them they have been wrong all along,”

said Bush, in what White House aides privately acknowledged was a reference to calls by Obama and other Democrats for the U.S. president to sit down for talks with leaders like Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

Because Obama said this….

Obama: “Sure, I’ll meet with Castro, Chavez, Ahmadinejad, etc”

And as Allahpundit noted, from Obama’s own website:

obama-website.jpg

Without preconditions. That means without Iran guaranteeing anything, let alone the big prize of their nuclear program.

MORE OF THIS HERE AT HOT AIR AGAIN

Now I’m confused and I’m the one posting this shit, Obama says to me (Snoop evil dictator) you run one of the most despotic regimes in the world and I plant the seeds of terror in young minds, and you STILL want to sit down and talk to me? What the fuck?
Which is it? Negotiate with terrorist thugs, stop sending these thugs our money via oil, reduce dependency on foreign oil, we need a windfall profits tax to tax the oil companies, oh don’t forget that we have no other alternative energy resources, bla bla bla, yada yada yada.

CONFUSED!?!

Yes I must agree with El Borak, an Obama presidency will no doubt be a fun one blogging wise. Just think the Democrats will fucken have control of the House, Senate and likely the presidency (even if McCain wins the same thing). The Democrats are likely to turn this country back into the Stone Age. And who do we have to blame, Republicans since they are a bunch of spineless no guts assholes that refuse to run on and stand up for conservative principles.

With the Democrats in charge America will in essence be imprisoned by liberalism and thus will become the “tossed salad man”

McCain’s Assault on Reason - Another Al Gore for president.

Wednesday, May 14th, 2008

book2.JPGBy Dr. Roy Spencer - From National Review

John McCain’s global-warming speech on Monday made it clear that there will be no presidential candidate this year willing to question the assertion that global warming (a.k.a. “climate change”) is manmade, or the assertion that we can fix global warming by passing a few laws.

Along with Clinton and Obama, McCain’s proposal to attack global warming now gives voters three choices for a car color — as long as it is black. Like Clinton and Obama, McCain’s proposal involves a “cap and trade” mechanism to legislatively limit CO2 emissions in the coming years, with the free market minimizing the economic damage by allowing a trading of emission credits between companies. He also includes an allowance for carbon offsets, although everyone (except Al Gore) believes this to be more smoke-and-mirrors than a real-world strategy for reducing carbon emissions.

What worries me is the widespread misperception that we can do anything substantial about carbon emissions without seriously compromising economic growth. To be sure, forcing a reduction in CO2 emissions will help spur investment in new energy technologies. But so does a price tag of $126 for a barrel of oil. Finding a replacement for carbon-based energy will require a huge investment of wealth, and destroying wealth is not a very good first step toward that goal.

When the public finds out how much any legislation that punishes energy use is going to cost them, with no guarantee that anything we do will have a measurable impact on future climate, there will be a revolt just like the one now materializing in the U.K. and the EU. At some point, as they are faced with the stark reality that mankind’s requirement for an abundant source of energy cannot simply be legislated out of existence, the public will begin asking, “Just how sure are we that humans are causing global warming?”

And this is where the science establishment has, in my view, betrayed the public’s trust.

Even though there has never been a single scientific paper published that has ruled out natural variability for most of the warming we’ve seen since 1850, Big Science has managed to convince politicians and much of the public that the science is settled. Apparently, our addition of nine molecules of carbon dioxide to each 100,000 molecules of air over the last 150 years can now be blamed for anything and everything we choose. Hurricanes, tornadoes, heat waves, floods, glaciers flowing toward the sea…. all of these used to happen naturally, but no more.

The warming that allowed the Vikings to farm in Greenland 1,000 years ago was surely natural. But we are now told that warming in Greenland today is surely manmade. Glaciers retreating in western Canada have revealed evidence of previous forests, showing that warming and cooling cycles do indeed occur, even without SUVs. Yet the SUV is now the scapegoat for retreating glaciers.

McCain pointed to shrinking Arctic sea ice and collapsing Antarctic ice shelves as obvious evidence that humans are to blame, even though the sea ice did the same thing in the 1920s and 1930s, and those ice shelves must break off eventually, as new glacial ice flows toward the sea to take their place.

But McCain has made it clear that the science really does not matter anyway because, even if humans are not to blame for global warming, stopping carbon-dioxide emissions is the right thing to do. And if we had another choice for most of our energy needs, I might be willing to accept such a claim as harmless enough.

But carbon dioxide is necessary for life on Earth, and I have amccainb.jpg difficult time calling something so fundamentally important a “pollutant.” Maybe the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere is higher now than it has been in hundreds of thousands of years. So what? I am increasingly convinced that its influence on climate pales in comparison to the influence that natural climate events like El Niño and the Pacific Decadal Oscillation have on regional climate. Indeed, most of the warming we’ve seen in the last century might well be due to these natural modes of climate variability alone.

The trouble is that no one has been funded by the government to investigate such a possibility, and the mandate for the U.N. Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) is to address manmade climate change — not natural climate change.

So, here we are with bad science ready to support bad policy decisions that will lead to bad economic times ahead, and no presidential candidate who is willing to ask the hard questions. While we hate to be pandered to by politicians, in this case I can only hope that they really are pandering — that this is hot air and not prospective policy.

— Dr. Roy W. Spencer is a principal research scientist at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. He is author of the new book, Climate Confusion: How Global Warming Hysteria Leads to Bad Science, Pandering Politicians, and Misguided Policies that Hurt the Poor.

Hillary Clinton: “White people support me”

Friday, May 9th, 2008

kkkhill1.JPG

By Kathy Kiely and Jill Lawrence - LINKHillary Rodham Clinton vowed Wednesday to continue her quest for the Democratic nomination, arguing she would be the stronger nominee because she appeals to a wider coalition of voters — including whites who have not supported Barack Obama in recent contests.

“I have a much broader base to build a winning coalition on,” she said in an interview with USA TODAY. As evidence, Clinton cited an Associated Press article “that found how Sen. Obama’s support among working, hard-working Americans, white Americans, is weakening again, and how whites in both states who had not completed college were supporting me.”

“There’s a pattern emerging here,” she said.

Clinton’s blunt remarks about race came a day after primaries in Indiana and North Carolina dealt symbolic and mathematical blows to her White House ambitions. The Obama campaign, looking toward locking up the nomination, stepped up pressure on superdelegates who have the decisive votes in their race.

In both states, Clinton won six of 10 white voters, according to surveys of people as they left polling places.

Obama spokesman Bill Burton said that in Indiana, Obama split working-class voters with Clinton and won a higher percentage of white voters than in Ohio in March. He said Obama will be the strongest nominee because he appeals “to Americans from every background and all walks of life. These statements from Sen. Clinton are not true and frankly disappointing.”

Clinton rejected any idea that her emphasis on white voters could be interpreted as racially divisive. “These are the people you have to win if you’re a Democrat in sufficient numbers to actually win the election. Everybody knows that.”

Larry Sabato, head of the University of Virginia Center for Politics, said Clinton’s comment was a “poorly worded” variation on the way analysts have been “slicing and dicing the vote in racial terms.”

However, he said her primary support doesn’t prove she’s more electable. Either Democrat will get “the vast majority” of the other’s primary election votes in a general election, he said.

Clinton lost North Carolina by 15 percentage points and won Indiana by 2 points after competing full-out in both states. She had loaned the campaign $6.4 million in the past month. She said she might lend more.

“We should finish the contests we have and see where we stand after they’re over,” she said, referring to the six remaining primaries that will end June 3.

There were signs of unrest Wednesday, even among Clinton allies. California Sen. Dianne Feinstein wondered to The Hill, a Capitol Hill newspaper, “whether she can get the delegates that she needs.” Former South Dakota senator George McGovern, whose 1972 presidential bid gave Clinton her first political experience, switched his support from Clinton to Obama.

8) “I still want to be the candidate for guys with Confederate flags in their pickup trucks.”

Nancy Pelosi Makes Up Quotes From The Bible

Friday, April 25th, 2008

pelosi-clown.jpg

(link) House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) is fond of quoting a particular passage of Scripture. The quote, however, does not appear in the Bible and is fictional, according to biblical scholars.

In her April 22 Earth Day news release, Pelosi said, The Bible tells us in the Old Testament, “To minister to the needs of God’s creation is an act of worship. To ignore those needs is to dishonor the God who made us.”  On this Earth Day, and every day, let us pledge to our children, and our children’s children, that they will have clean air to breathe, clean water to drink, and the opportunity to experience the wonders of nature.

Cybercast News Service repeatedly queried the speaker’s office for two days to determine where the alleged Bible quote is found. Thus far, no one has responded.

Claude Mariottini, a professor of Old Testament at Northern Baptist Theological Seminary, told Cybercast News Service the passage not only doesn’t exist - it’s fictional.

“It is not in the Bible,”  Mariottini said. There is nothing that even approximates that.

In the age of Google, the internet and blogs how dumb do you have to be as a politician to just start making up quotes from the most-published books of all time?

######

Cybercast News Service has learned that Pelosi has repeatedly used the quote:– In December 2005, in a Christmas message to the U.S. House of Representatives, Pelosi said: “Mr. Speaker, as we leave for this Christmas recess, let us say, ‘God bless you’ to the American people by voting against this Republican budget and statement of injustice and immorality, and let us not let the special interest goose get fat at the expense of America’s children.“The gentleman from Washington [state], Mr. McDermott, quoted the prophet Isaiah. And as the Bible teaches us, to minister to the needs of God’s creation is an act of worship, to ignore those needs is to dishonor the God who made us. Let us vote no on this budget as an act of worship and for America’s children.”– On Feb. 8, 2007, in remarks before the U.S. House Science and Technology Committee, when it held hearings on global warming, she used the same quote, verbatim, as in her Earth Day release.

– On April 6, 2007, in congressional remarks before the Easter recess: “In this Holy Week, we are reminded of these words in the Old Testament: ‘To minister to the needs of God’s creation is an act of worship. To ignore those needs is to dishonor the God who made us.’ We must move quickly to honor God’s creation by reducing greenhouse gas pollution in the United States and around the world.”

– On April 25, 2007, in a speech to the League of Conservation Voters in Washington, D.C.: “We are now charging ahead to tackle one of humanity’s greatest challenges yet - global warming. We will do this because we hold our children’s future in our hands - not our grandchildren, or great-grandchildren, but our own children. “As it says in the Old Testament, ‘To minister to the needs of God’s creation is an act of worship. To ignore those needs is to dishonor the God who made us.’”

– On Oct. 22, 2007, in a television interview with PBS host Tavis Smiley, she used it in discussion of her roots, attributing the quote to the book of Isaiah: “I’m raised in a family in Baltimore, Maryland, my father was the mayor. He was in Congress when I was born. And we were devoutly Catholic, very patriotic. We love America. Devoutly Catholic, deeply patriotic, proud of our Italian American heritage, and in our case, staunchly Democratic.

“And that faith was related to our Democratic values. That is to say, the gospel of Matthew: ‘When I was hungry, you gave me to eat.’ You know, the least of our brethren. So that’s an inspiration in the New Testament. In the Old Testament, Isaiah says, ‘To minister to the needs of God’s creation is an act of worship. To ignore those needs is to dishonor the god who made us.’”

Mis-remembered? Mis-paraphrased?

Typical liberal snob; Update: New Obama spin - “I didn’t say it as well as I could have”

Keep spinnin’, pal. You’re going to land right back into the gutter, with your bowling ball. Video of Obama’s response to Snob-gate is now posted on his YouTube channel:”

This “Bittergate” controversy is one of the best examples of liberalism run amuck on the campaign trail.

It is so easy to process liberals. Not your old guard Democrats who voted for FDR types. I’m talking about the leaders, elected officials and people that work in Washington and these two assholes running for president on the Democratic side.

These fucks are no different than the typical European socialists’ assholes that look at the United States with disgust. They’re intellectual elitists. They think they are entitled to wealth and power because of their “superiority”.
These mutherfuckers believe in their soul that they should run the world.
They know better!

You… (or the bitter folks of Pennsylvania) are just a bunch of serfs that can’t manage your own lives.

As far as liberals are concerned they look at the United States as a mistake, an aberration. Socialism and communism is where it’s really at. It just hasn’t been given a fair shot.
This is what motivates folks like Obama.
Obama and liberal elitists think that average Americans are a bunch of uncivilized, dirty, embarrassing little people. We must be in charge to take care of you little slubs.
Obama was not just talking about folks in Pennsylvania; he was speaking to the folks in Kansas, Oklahoma, Iowa, and Mississippi, the heartland, the backbone of this nation.
You poor slobs have to be given everything.

The people of Pennsylvania are suffering because “we” the “Democrats”, are not reaching deep enough into the pockets of Americans to help make them feel better.

The Obama’s and the Hillary’s of the world don’t expect you to have the talent to do anything for yourself. Please vote for us. Let us set up a welfare system that will keep you poor for the rest of your life if you sign on to it. No need to be bitter, vote for me so I can take care of you!
That is this change shit he keeps ranting about.

Rockefeller Smears McCain, Feigns Apology

Wednesday, April 9th, 2008

jackass1.jpg
Couple of items from Sweetness & Light

First the smear, from West Virginia’s Charleston Gazette:

Jay defends endorsement of Sen. Obama
April 8, 2008

By Paul J. Nyden

Sen. Jay Rockefeller, D-W.Va., defended his decision to make an endorsement in the race for president during an interview with Gazette editors on Monday…

Rockefeller criticized Sen. John McCain, the presumed Republican nominee for president. “Senator McCain does have a temper. But today, he speaks in a monotone on the campaign trail.”

Rockefeller believes McCain has become insensitive to many human issues. “McCain was a fighter pilot, who dropped laser-guided missiles from 35,000 feet. He was long gone when they hit.

“What happened when they [the missiles] get to the ground? He doesn’t know. You have to care about the lives of people. McCain never gets into those issues.”

Then Mr. Rockefeller’s faux apology, via Fox News:

Rockefeller Apologizes to McCain for Calling Him Hit-and-Run Aviator

Tuesday, April 8, 2008

Democratic Sen. Jay Rockefeller, a Barack Obama supporter, apologized to John McCain Tuesday for suggesting to a West Virginia newspaper that the Arizona senator does not care about “the lives of people” caught in the wars he champions, dating back to his Navy service in Vietnam…

On Tuesday, Rockefeller issued a statement, saying, “I have deep respect for John McCain’s honorable and noble service to our country. I made an inaccurate and wrong analogy and I have extended my sincere apology to him.

#######

Also check out: I am probably most confident that I know more and understand the world better than Senator Clinton or Senator McCain,”

Obama was clearly on crack when he said that…

Barack Obama — Robert Byrd’s Special Friend

Saturday, April 5th, 2008

I found this on Barking Moonbat -

(link) Hip-hop star Snoop Dogg has launched a scathing attack on U.S. presidential hopeful Barack Obama, accusing him of gleaning support from the Ku Klux Klan. The rapper, real name Calvin Broadus Jr., insists the Democratic candidate has received funding from the KKK.

He tells the Guardian, “The KKK gave Obama money. They was (sic) one of his biggest supporters … Why wouldn’t they be? The media won’t tell you that. They don’t want you to know that. They just want you to know that this [bleep] befriended this other [bleep] who be (sic) threatening your values.

“But we all know all presidents lie to get into [bleep] office. That’s they (sic) job.”

But Snoop insists Obama will still emerge victorious in the upcoming presidential elections. He adds, “In America’s eyes, that mutha[bleep]’s gonna be president ‘cos (John) McCain can’t [bleep] with him. Hillary (Clinton) can’t [bleep] with him. He’s winning over white people, white ladies.”

“There may be many things that are marks on Obama.. but the claim that he is being supported by the KKK seems a bit out there and possibly only a position somebody totally wasted on drugs could come up with….”

Well not to knock good drugs, but the KKK supporting Obama is not a stretch. I have been questioning for a couple of years now why Obama back in the day would go campaign and raise money for Robert KKK Byrd. Hell if the KKK is sending dead presidents to Obama it’s the least they can do.

I have been bitching about this forever, despite overwhelming support from black folks for Obama, no black journalist, columnist, TV Pundit, somebody anybody ask him why he (Obama) would help raise money for a fucken racist!!

I bet still, today less than 1% of black folks who are supporting Obama know he campaigned for a former Klansman.

I don’t know if Snoop Dog knows it, but what’s that saying about politics and strange bedfellows…

IN CASE Y’ALL FORGOT!

obamakkk.jpg

This was from  Moonbattery from 2005. In case you missed it!

Remember when the magic Negro went to West Virginia and pimped for Senator Robert “KKK” Byrd. Yes I know it’s an old story to us GOP types, but I thought it was a good time to recycle this old piece of 411.I was telling some friends about this and they did not believe me.  I’m amazed at just how few people still don’t know about this, including Obama supporters.I know this is old, but just posting as a reminder since the media is continuing to prop up this articulate darkie. Just a reminder to Democrats as they push for change.
These folks are not sold on the Magic Negro; (Obama: No Cash From Denzel, Spike, Motown, Despite Oprah Backing) It tis going to be interesting the race gloves come off. Hillary is certain to start uttering code phrases in the coming weeks where she will basically say it tis not a good idea to elect someone with so little “experience,” she will add some code “can we take a chance of putting a “N-g-e-r at the top of the Democrat Party ticket?” But we will know what she really means. LOL!

Veteran racist Robert Byrd — the senile Senator who has spent his overlong career keeping blacks in “their place” by recruiting for the KKK, by filibustering the Civil Rights Act for 14 straight hours, by making a fool of himself by trying to block the nomination of the supremely qualified Condoleezza Rice for Secretary of State, by participating in the “high-tech lynching” of Clarence Thomas as well as opposing the nomination of Thurgood Marshall to the Supreme Court, by publicly calling people “niggers” as recently as 2001, by declaring that he would rather “die a thousand times, and see Old Glory trampled in the dirt never to rise again, than to see this beloved land of ours become degraded by race mongrels” — has a new advocate: Barack “Osama bin Osama” Obama, a fellow Senator and, as it happens, a “race mongrel.”Needless to say, any Republican with a resume like Byrd’s would be treated like a leper — especially by fellow Republicans. But the big D in “D-WV” deflects all sins from the Democratic Party’s point of view. There have been Democrats morally depraved enough to refer to Byrd as the “conscience of the Senate” without smirking. Obama is evidently shameless enough to go along with it.

Visit Ace of Spades HQ to read Obama’s letter to the true believers who make up MoveOn.org on behalf of the windy old ex-Kleagle’s reelection campaign. Obama lays it on pretty thick, crediting the bloviating obstructionist with upholding the highest of principles by using his favorite tactic — the filibuster — to circumvent the Constitution’s requirement that judges be approved by a simple majority. The original letter of course has a link where you can send money to buy Byrd a fresh set of sheets.

Meanwhile, for advocating a color-blind approach to justice, Clarence Thomas is often called an “Uncle Tom.” Colin Powell is characterized as a “plantation slave” for serving in a Republican Administration.

The Republican Party, as apparently too few people know, was founded largely on the issue of opposition to slavery — and has remained true to the principle of individual liberty regardless of race to this day. Last time I checked, there weren’t any ex-Kleagles on the Republican side of the aisle.

Republicans lead in ‘pork’ spending, watchdog group says

Thursday, April 3rd, 2008

From Boston.com

porkcap.JPG

(link) WASHINGTON - Republicans in Congress, trying to appear tightfisted with taxpayer dollars this election year, found yesterday that some in their ranks led a list of “pork” spenders in a watchdog group’s analysis of government waste. The annual survey by Citizens Against Government Waste contends that 11,610 special-interest projects were stuffed into spending bills approved by the Democratic-led Congress last year at a $17.2 billion cost to taxpayers. But according to the survey, individual Republicans pushed the most pork last year. In addition, the three House Republicans sponsoring legislation calling for a moratorium all engaged in the practice, the report said.

For months, House Republican leader John Boehner has been leading a crusade against such projects, known as earmarks, which benefit lawmakers’ districts. Boehner, of Ohio, has called for suspending pork spending and has criticized House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, a California Democrat, for not yet agreeing to do so.

Republicans have attacked Democratic Representative John Murtha for delivering a pile of special-interest funds to his western Pennsylvania district.

According to the report, however, two House Republicans bested Murtha: Roger Wicker of Mississippi, who recently became a senator, and Representative Bill Young of Florida. The two scored $176.3 million and $169.5 million in earmarks respectively, beating Murtha’s $159.1 million.

In the Senate, the top three big spenders were Republicans, who together scored about $1.8 billion in home-state projects. Those senators were Thad Cochran, the senior Republican on the Senate Appropriations Committee, Richard Shelby of Alabama, and Ted Stevens of Alaska, who was roundly criticized a few years back for winning approval of a “bridge to nowhere” and has been reported to be the target of a federal corruption probe.

All the top spenders are members of the House and Senate Appropriations committees, which dole out federal dollars.

Opponents of the special-interest projects argue that they do not receive adequate oversight.

Among the pork outlined in the group’s report was $188,000 by Maine’s Republican senators Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins and Democratic Representative Thomas Allen to help the Lobster Institute, which the report said is working on a “Lobster Cam” and developing lobster dog biscuits.

Hillary: “it depends on your definition of a lie”

Surprisingly (NOT), it turns out that it’s doubtful that she has:

The now-retired general counsel and chief of staff of the House Judiciary Committee, who supervised Hillary when she worked on the Watergate investigation, says Hillary’s history of lies and unethical behavior goes back farther – and goes much deeper – than anyone realizes.

Barack Obama Would Back Daughters’ Abortion, “Don’t Punish Them With a Baby” WTF!

Monday, March 31st, 2008

abortion.jpg

by Steven Ertelt
LifeNews.com Editor

Washington, DC (LifeNews.com) — Barack Obama is drawing gasps from pro-life advocates today over comments he made during a campaign stop in Pennsylvania over the weekend. The leading Democratic presidential candidate appeared to back a potential decision by his daughters to seek an abortion saying he wouldn’t “punish” them with a baby.Obama’s remarks are likely to add another reason to the list pro-life advocates are developing as to why he won’t get their
vote this November.

Let me quickly add something. In the post below I mentioned my baby daughter and I have been critical of her, and she knows it. She has made some bad choices but you know she has accepted her fate 100% and made the choice to have her children and not to abort.
As a result she has blessed me with a beautiful granddaughter.
Despite some less than fortunate choices, she has turned out to be a very good mother and I frankly don’t give her enough credit because i have focused so much on “other issue.” Hey I’m a dad, what cha gonn ado!

So now women are being ‘Punished with a baby? Ya know how fucked up that sounds!
Liberal Democrats particularly jackass Hussein Obama and this statement makes me want to puke.
The notion that a baby is now considered punishment according to Obama is simply repugnant. Idiot liberal piece of shit!

I hope his sorry ass continues to be exposed as the flaming socialist liberal tard he is.

Obama’s Pastor Slurs Italians in Latest Magazine
By Penny Starr - CNSNews.com Senior Staff Writer

(CNSNews.com) - Rev. Jeremiah A. Wright Jr., pastor emeritus of Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago where Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) has been a member for two decades, slurred Italians in a piece published in the most recent issue of Trumpet Newsmagazine.

“(Jesus’) enemies had their opinion about Him,” Wright wrote in a eulogy of the late scholar Asa Hilliard in the November/December 2007 issue. “The Italians for the most part looked down their garlic noses at the Galileans.”

Wright continued, “From the circumstances surrounding Jesus’ birth (in a barn in a township that was under the Apartheid Roman government that said his daddy had to be in), up to and including the circumstances surrounding Jesus’ death on a cross, a Roman cross, public lynching Italian style. …

Obama Seeks to Quell Flap Over Pastor

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama on Wednesday sought to quell concerns over anti-American remarks by his former pastor, saying people are paying too much attention to a small number of “stupid” comments.

Obama gave a sweeping speech on race last week in which he condemned incendiary remarks by the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, but the words of the former pastor at Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago continue to dog the candidate. Reflecting the campaign’s concern about the fallout, Obama used a question about religion at a town hall forum as an opportunity to address the issue.

“This is somebody that was preaching three sermons at least a week for 30 years and it got boiled down … into a half-minute sound clip and just played it over and over and over again, partly because it spoke to some of the racial divisions we have in this country,” Obama told an audience in this central North Carolina city.

“There are misunderstandings on both sides,” the Illinois senator said. “We cannot solve the problems of America if every time somebody somewhere does something stupid, that everybody gets up in arms and forgets about the war in Iraq and we forget about the economy.”

Obama is becoming Bill Clinton like. I mean in the “it depends on what the meaning of the word “is” is.

Remember:

“It depends on what the meaning of the word ‘is’ is. If the–if he–if ‘is’ means is and never has been, that is not–that is one thing. If it means there is none, that was a completely true statement….Now, if someone had asked me on that day, are you having any kind of sexual relations with Ms. Lewinsky, that is, asked me a question in the present tense, I would have said no. And it would have been completely true.”

So now we have a “small number of “stupid” comments” I guess it depends on what you would define as “small.”

Mrs. Clinton said that she says “millions of words each day” so “we were under sniper fire” so five small words out of a million, is indeed small. “God damm Americkkka” is just a blip on the radar.

Ya know I get the fact that politicians on both sides have some serious issues with honesty. And neither side has a monopoly on what may be the correct path to dealing with some of America’s issues but anybody paying attention has to be struck by just how incredibly deceitful and conniving Democratic politicians are.
A simple story about a foreign policy trip or whether or not (your church and pastor of CHOICE) is a raving racist America hating lunatic can produce the most bullshit rhetoric is just beyond belief.

One of my commenter’s Allen posted this and it describes Democrats perfectly;

“I can’t quite imagine what a conversation in that family must be like. The best I can figure:”

Neighbor: Your damn dog tore up my garden.

Bill: We have no dog.
Hillary: Our dog was inside when the incident occurred.
Chelsea: We have a dog?

Neighbor: Of course it’s your dog everyone knows it.

Lanny Davis: I find this focus on the dog to be irrelevant.

New NY Governor has more hotel troubles

Monday, March 24th, 2008

patterson.jpg

This from Hot Air

Last we heard from Eliot Spitzer’s replacement, David Paterson had to explain one hotel stay that he charged to his campaign funds that may have been for an extramarital tryst. Now he may have to explain thirteen more that he charged to the state of New York:

Despite owning a house less than 20 minutes from the state Capitol, Gov. Paterson, as lieutenant governor, routinely used taxpayer money to stay at nearby hotels, The Post has learned.Credit-card records obtained from the state Comptroller’s Office covering Paterson’s nearly 15 months as lieutenant governor showed he charged his state credit card for 13 Albany hotel stays totaling more than $2,500 between Jan. 1, 2007, and this past Feb. 18. …

Despite having a state driver to chauffeur him the 20 minutes home, Paterson, as lieutenant governor, sometimes chose to stay downtown because of a busy schedule, spokesman Errol Cockfield said.

“While he was lieutenant governor, Gov. Paterson had a grueling schedule that required him to be near the Capitol for sensitive negotiations, meetings with legislative leaders, and government-related conferences,” he added.

Sensitive negotiations … for what? As Lieutenant Governor, he had as much power as the hotel doorman in legislative issues. Paterson himself noted that he had no role in budgetary matters, for instance. He wouldn’t have cast any votes, and the Governor would have had the veto power. He had no official role in negotiating anything. That leaves it to the imagination why Paterson would have eschewed a 20-minute ride home from his chauffeur for an expensive stay at the Crowne Plaza or Clarion. Why didn’t he just return home and save the taxpayers some money? Isn’t that the reason he and his wife spent the money to buy a home nearby the capital? The people of New York have to wonder when the hits will stop coming. If Paterson has to step down, then Joe Bruno takes over as Governor — even though he’s in the middle of a federal investigation for business dealings outside of politics. Even at that, it would only be temporary, until a special election could be hald. Perhaps that’s what New York needs, as well as a completely new political class.

Name That Party! (idiot Negro) Detroit mayor indicted for perjury

Monday, March 24th, 2008

Lawhawk and I saw this at about the same time. In an Associated Press report on a perjury indictment for Kwame Kilpatrick, reporter Corey Williams leaves a little something out of the story. Guess which political party Kilpatrick represents?

Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick, a one-time rising star and Detroit’s youngest elected leader, was charged Monday with perjury and other counts after sexually explicit text messages contradicted his sworn denials of an affair with a top aide.Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy also charged the popular yet polarizing 37-year-old mayor with obstruction of justice and misconduct in office.

Former Chief of Staff Christine Beatty, 37, who also denied under oath that she and Kilpatrick had a romantic relationship in 2002 and 2003, was charged with perjury and obstruction of justice. …

Perjury is a felony, punishable by up to 15 years in prison. But for Kilpatrick, a conviction also would mean his immediate expulsion from office. The Detroit City Charter calls for any elected official convicted of a felony while in office to be removed.

The Name That Shall Not Be Mentioned is, of course, Democrat. The AP studiously avoids mentioning party affiliation in the article at all. It runs 537 words as of noon ET, and not one of those words are “Democrat” or any other derivative.

Warning: Snooprant! “Snoop why do you hate Obama?” “Why do you hate Democrats?”

Wednesday, March 19th, 2008

ghetto5.jpgI have read Chris’s response to me several times and I will freely admit I am not processing it as well as I should.

He does not understand my resistance to Obama and I can’t help but think, “why would he or anybody else care about my resistance to Obama?”

So, I’ll muddle through this as best I can, but it will no doubt seem disjointed to some. You can blame it on the lingering effects of my ass kicking flu or my increasing irritation with the news media and America’s new found racial enlightenment all because Barrack Hussein Obama was feeling the pressure of anti-American backlash because he decided to attend a church to give him street credibility while at the same time embracing an over the top whitey-America hating Pastor. Folks maybe it tis just me, being a black dude, conservative minded, independent thinking, beat of thy own drummer cranky ranting fuck who just sees the mud and dirt all over every damn aspect of American politics.

Chris won’t listen to me as much as Obama, because I don’t agree with him. I marvel at how much knowledge white folks seem to absorb when they are lectured by a “favorable” and acceptable darkie with whom they agree and want to grant some sort of Jesus status.

My resistance to Obama is no different than my resistance of damn near any presidential candidate. I just don’t hold the office of president as high a regard as the vast majority of Americans.

While speaking to one of my student interns the other day he asked me what I looked for in a president. Basically I told him, nothing, not a damn thing. I don’t want my president to do a damn thing, I don’t want he or she to say anything, I want them to just occupy the space, don’t fuck shit up, don’t push any red buttons or try to fix anything. I want them to vacation hard and long. Bottom line; just keep you fucken mouth shut and try not to do anything too stupid. Is that asking too much?

For as long as I can remember I have regarded the presidency as a middle management position basically because the smarter the president tended to be the more likely they were to fuck shit up.

intelligentdesign2.JPGI don’t want my president to fix health care, I don’t want my president trying to “create” jobs. That tis not what they do. I don’t want my president trying to fix race relations, or trying to cure world hunger, or spreading democracy or being the world’s fucken police.

What about Iraq, Snoop, (sigh). Well being in Iraq and the Middle East was inevitable. Being in Iraq is a necessary evil and folks on both sides of the political divide are on the same page about how badly it got screwed up. However, to appease the monkeys on both sides of the political animal cages politicians throw out withdrawal timetables on one hand while the other growls about “finishing the job” and “keep
America safe.” We are in Iraq because we needed a place to park troops
– To keep a closer eye on the oil and the many nut jobs in the region.

My resistance to Obama is the same resistance I would have to any Democrat. I don’t care what race the candidate is, he’s still a Democrat.

Democrats believe in their soul that their destiny is to “fix” America and its citizens and to “fix” society. Candidates like Obama and Hillary are caught up with this inherent need to shine a light on American society’s dark underbelly and expose the wretched evils of our society.
So what if I don’t think it is all the evil, when compared to the rest of the world and history? It’s not perfect, but it is sure not nearly as evil or broken as the Democrats want us to believe!

People like my friend Chris are caught up in the “Hope-nosis” (patent pending) that Democrat campaigns tend to engage in. They are buying the snake oil and do not even want to discuss the ingredients.

I am keenly aware that I am far more critical of Negros and Obama than I am of whitey. This is because I genuinely care more about what happens to Negros. That is, I care whether or not they’re valuing education as highly as they should, whether they’re pushing themselves and their children to be the best and not wallowing in excuses or hurling unfounded ghettoprom013.jpgcharges of racism. Whether a person actually suffered from
racial discrimination or not, there are those who urge conduct that will always “keep whitey on the hook.” It seems to serve Negros well to blame whitey and say “see what you did to us?” That’s a handy excuse and I for one am sick of it being used all the time for everything.

Negros have this unwritten rule that we are not allowed to let whitey forget our historical grievances, whether an individual white person was guilty of discrimination or not. Most whites seem intimidated by blacks who do this. This race hustle perpetuated by the Sharpton’s of the world is profitable and effective. It is the one card we can play from cradle to grave and it gives Negro pundits a voice on liberal media talk shows.

Folks although I have given my examples of racism and unfairness I just can’t sit here all the fucken time and rant all the fucken time about whitey and the evils processed in their minds or the ignoble deeds done to Blacks. Why use this blog to bitch and moan about slavery, institutional racism and other crap?

I would rather use my blog to keep Negros on the hook. It just suits me.

I hate weakness and self loathing. It just irritates the shit out of me. And it does nothing to improve individual’s lives.

People want to blame other people for the mess they find around them. It is easier to look outward instead of working on self. Just look at the cheering from the crowd at Pastor Wrights sermons. I’m thinking “what the fuck were they cheering about?” For me, telling each other (or whites) how racist whites have been and still are is, in my estimation, just counterproductive and silly.
Just as the cheering was after the O.J. Simpson verdict, “we beat whitey hooray,” like a bunch of silly ass ghetto clowns. I remember being so utterly embarrassed after the announcement of the verdict I wanted to crawl in a hole for a week.

I just may be totally off base on this but if there are whites out there who are actively trying to fuck black people just for the hell of it then they are suffering from massive retardation. No matter how prejudiced you might be, you will WANT black folks to succeed if for no other reason then it helps you! If you have any sense you will want
the least of those in our beloved society to succeed or else YOU will be paying for them either through welfare or the criminal justice system.
True conservative minded folks will not systematically try to fuck those on the lower tiers of society, it is just stupid. Only the literacy and mentally challenged redneck inflicted persons in our society seek to specifically dis Negros and other minorities.
I don’t grant too much give a shit status to idiot fuck white people who want to perpetuate racial divisions so I choose not to engage in Rev J. Wright nigga speech calling out whitey dissing them on the one hand while investing your money with them.
His hatred was phony, just as most Nigga hatred is.
If I wanted Niggas to come to this blog all I would have to do is rant about honkey this and honkey that and spitting out black power platitudes to get welfare monkeys all fired up while at the same time voting for Democrats and bowing to them like a bunch of ignorant slaves.

Like it or not we are all in this together. I just think that Negroes need to be reminded, constantly, of our responsibility in this mess.

For example, as we all know, black crime statistics are outrageous, especially considering our proportion of the population. Rarely, if ever, do you hear black people expressing disgust for out-of-control crime rates or lecturing other blacks about their responsibility to stay out of the criminal justice system. (As Chris says finger wagging) Why?
Why have Pastor Wright bitch about the fact that blacks make up a disproportionate percentage of the prison population when the simple thing to do is to stay the fuck out of jail. I’m sorry people, but I have little of no sympathy for criminal Negros. I won’t be stealing from my neighbors, I’m not selling crack to your kids, and I have no interest in stealing your car or flat screen TV. If I can avoid that conduct, so can you!

I have yet to hear in my 44 years on this earth how whitey is the blame for a Negro stealing a case of Heineken while the streets of New Orleans floods. Black New Orleans police officers were stealing from Walmart, on camera! How is whitey to blame for that bit of human frailty?

Obama wants us to buy into the fact that your only path to success is the have Gubment bigger, better and unchecked. He - as do all Democrats — panders to parasites. Democrat power is directly derived from how many people he can keep under his wing.

Democrats believe in segmenting America his speech outlined it perfectly skin color preferences. Affirmative action was intended to include more blacks in the candidate pool, and keep racist white people in check. Now it has become the biggest entitlement program ever conceived. It has nothing to do with so-called racial discrimination and everything to do with flavorflav.pnglowered standards. What it does is tell people they can succeed without jumping through the same hoops everyone else must go through. With that mind set, Negros see no need to attend school. Which in turn prevents them from qualifying for jobs that they could do!

We freely give whitey the ammunition to say, “you niggers are too dumb to get a job on your own, you need gubment help.” Negros are not embarrassed by this. I don’t get. I have never been able to comprehend it. Negros celebrate “victimhood” and are gleeful when whitey is forced to atone for 400 years of racist tendencies. But they won’t do
whatever it takes to improve their own lives, without anyone else’s or Democrats help.

Shit, I have been fucked by employment discrimination numerous times because there were just some white people who were too stupid to see a good employment candidate when they saw one. It happens.

Apparently, it’s difficult to find black job candidates and potential university students with credentials comparable to whitey. On the one hand, some blacks claim that credentials are comparable, but whites need a “push” to hire or admit. On the other hand, some blacks claim that “comparable” is relative. Just because a black person has a lower score, it doesn’t mean he’s not qualified for a job or admission. It is reasonable, however, to set hiring and admissions criteria, and if your score is below the threshold, you are, by those standards, not qualified. Unfortunately, some blacks, not all thank goodness, see racial motives behind every damn thing. I still see affirmative action as simply immoral, unconstitutional, embarrassingly unfair, and undignified.

If blacks with comparable credentials are being passed over, blanket skin color preference policies are not the remedy. If blacks are passed over because they don’t have comparable scores, we need to address the problem at a much earlier stage. We all know what idiot owned government schools have become. Get the socialist fucks out of the front offices and demand better for your kids. Fight for school choice, support rigorous standards, and advocate excellence, not mediocrity, but stop making excuses. Beat your bad ass children; turn off your TV and study.
Embrace and reward studious behavior and penalize stupidity and laziness.
I have a daughter and a nephew who are gleaming examples of kids, who were raised in two parent households who were raised with morals and a basic American work ethic, and both gleaming examples of personal “individual” failure. It was not whitey fucking them over, whitey did not chain the school doors shut; whitey did not prevent them from learning and completing their education. The Klan did not force my daughter to get pregnant or made my nephew’s teacher give him multiple F’s on his report card. BUT Obama and Democrats and J Wright will lead you to believe that whitey doomed these kids, plez!

Despite government policies designed to “force” equal outcomes, thanks to human nature, that shit ain’t going to happen. We each have different or varying degrees of talent, drive, and motivation. This is where “diversity” bites liberals on the ass.

In a society as diverse as America, individuals will never have equal shit. You won’t find equal outcomes within the same biological family, so how can you expect to find it within a diverse country?

I have said often that far too many black people have this fucken team mentality when it comes to living in American society. I’m not on some fucken “Negro” team! Sure, I want the best for some of my brothas as sistas! But black folks act like just because a mixed race Negro is running for president I should be supportive.

2nia0xy.gifIn case some of you liberals who gushed over Obama’s speech did not know, all of us Negroes here in America are of “mixed heritage,” with the blood of slaves and slave owners. There is not a Black in America (who has slave ancestors) that is not mixed race. And more whites then you know probably have Black relatives! So we need to stop focusing on skin tone or the mother country of people and start looking at the character of the person. That’s what MLK advised us to do.

Despite Obama’s bullshit, I don’t think its America’s collective responsibility to take the lead in pulling up Negroes out of this perceived societal racist haze; it starts with the man or woman in the mirror. Whether you choose to be a lazy dependent retard or some homeless slug your individual choices determine your path.

I will always reject out of hand any presidential candidate who promotes himself or herself as an agent of change and “hope,” and sees themselves as some self proclaimed instrument of God. God is God. Not any human being. OB is not a rock star or the savior of the country. He is just one more politician running for President. And those who can’t get past his race to see what he really stands for (which is not much different from most other politicians) is guilty of discrimination themselves. They are treating him better then he deserves simply because they are aware of his race. And I object to that.
