Teen Ambush, Sick Society, screwed up people…

Wednesday, April 9th, 2008

I’m a day late on this because of my KU victory hangover, anywho in case you missed it this first video clip is yesterday’s Today Show segment on some sort of revenge attack exacted for gossiping about the suspects on MySpace. The victim suffered a concussion and damage to the left eye and ear, out of which she currently can’t hear. Each of the eight suspects are facing two felonies and three of them are facing a third.

###########
The second clip is a discussion on the rise of these cyber bully crimes committed by teens.
#######

################

This morning I was watching Mike and Mike in the Morning and there was a discussion on fan behavior and how rude and obnoxious people are at sporting events.
It’s obvious that civility is lacking in our society, DUH!
I was considering writing something with this entire sports fan civility twist but I figured why bang the keyboard revealing the obvious, fans are rude and screwed up but we in society have a much bigger problem.

How long has there been really fucked up people in human society? I would guess since humans began to communicate and walk upright.
Thanks to You Tube people are perfectly willing to air their sick, twisted mentally deficient behavior to starving voyeurs around the globe.

But hey we have lying ass politicians “misspeaking” on a daily basis with little or no repercussions knowing these lies will be highlighted on You Tube and knowing that their political fans will completely ignore their verbal gaffs.

On blog/websites we have shit loads of racial hostility directed at those who have opposing societal views.
We have political hostilities directed at those who differ on stances from “climate change” to the war in Iraq. The hatred frankly is overwhelming.

I sometimes think of how folks perceive me on this blog. I do come off as brash, angry, pissed off. Now I’m an opinionated bastard and what I say here I’m honest about and if I were having a conversation with someone I would still express myself in a very opinionated manner, but I’m not mean about it. I don’t have anything going on in my life that would cause me to be constantly mean and hostile about.

Back to the teens, why the hell would these teens videotape the “animalistic” beating of this girl? As far as I’m concerned instead of bitching and moaning about My Space and You Tube you have to focus on the families of these kids.

Look at the mom in the first clip typical white trash piece of shit almost blaming the victim while brushing aside the responsibility of her own daughter.

Let’s get real here if you are in a fucked up marriage/relationship, family, fucked up job, you look in the mirror and don’t like what you see or you see yourself as a failure you will take that frustration out on anybody and everybody.
That could be a fan shouting obscenities at a player, jealous at the millions of dollars that athlete is making.
Road rage because you are driving an hour to work in shitty traffic to a job where you hate your boss and your boss treats you like dirt.
THEN you have to go home and deal with your “idiot” spouse and Bart Simpson like kids.
What happens from all of that anger, you pass off your rude, obnoxious, socially repulsive fucked up behavior to your kids and what results are these socially repulsive teens. This is not rocket science.

Best example below, the text is from a website called Radar Online there is an article Meet the Web’s 10 most hated people.
Check out the story of the most hated person Lori Drew. After reading that ask yourself how big a piece of shit individual must you be to pull off this level of callousness.
This lady clearly has issues. Just watch any reality show. These shows are full of the most retarded self absorbed folks on the planet. Treating your fellow man like shit is a spectator sport.
In this lady’s case how the fuck is My Space to blame for the behavior of this piece of human trash?

From shouting obnoxious fans in a sports stadium, to overcrowded highways, to cyberspace, I swear I’m not sure if people are getting more fucked up.
However for me thank God I’m not around such angry piece of shit examples of human debris.
I have a loving family, Mrs. Snoop, my grandkids, love my job, satisfied with my life and existence.

I guess I’m sick of these calls again blaming internet sites, text messaging or some sort of technological aspect for why people or kids are fucked up.
Frankly people need to find God, or some religion (not some cult crap). Family counseling, intact families, I don’t know but the “is society getting worse” question is a never-ending debate. Heck I’m just a blog dude what do I know!?

############

1. LORI DREW

You know you’ve struck a nerve with the Internet masses when your saga has been covered breathlessly by media outlets big and small, yet the first Google hit involving your name is titled “People You’ll See in Hell.” But that’s what happens when you’re an adult who maybe drove an adolescent girl to suicide. A fantastic account of the whole sordid mess can be found in the New Yorker, but for the uninitiated, the story goes something like this: A 13-year-old girl named Meghan Meier hung herself in the upstairs closet of her suburban Missouri home after receiving a bunch of nasty MySpace messages from a boy she had been corresponding with. Except the boy in question, “Josh Evans,” wasn’t actually a boy: He was the fictional creation of a woman named Lori Drew, the mother of a girl with whom young Meier had once been friends. Meghan and the friend had a falling out, as adolescent girls are wont to do, which prompted the girl’s mom to punish Meghan by “friending” her as a 16-year-old hottie named “Josh Evans.” Seemingly, Drew planned on toying with Meghan’s emotions to teach her some sort of life lesson, failing to realize that 13-year-old girls are fragile creatures who don’t take well to that style of teaching. Granted, it later came out that Drew knew Meghan had battled depression, making her cold “This isn’t my fault and I had no idea this would happen” defense ring somewhat hollow. (To make matters worse, she even enlisted the help of another young girl to make the ruse more plausible.)

Interestingly enough, the St. Charles Journal, the paper that originally broke the story, didn’t mention Drew by name, but a bunch of pissed-off bloggers eventually outed her. Drew hasn’t yet been charged with a crime, but prosecutors are looking to see if her creating the fake MySpace account can be grounds for fraud. In the interim, congratulations, Lori! You are officially the most despised person in the whole wide web!

More idiot white people stuff

Students In Blackface “Jena 6″ Reenactment

Photos, video of “attack” posted, then yanked from Facebook page OCTOBER 2–A group of white Louisiana college students dressed in blackface and reenacted the “Jena 6″ assault while a friend snapped photos and videotaped the staged attack, images that were later posted to one of the participant’s Facebook page. The photos, which you’ll find on the following pages, were taken late last month on the bank of the Ouachita River, where students from the University of Louisiana at Monroe giddily acted out the racial attack.

The photos (and the short video clip at right) were posted to the Facebook page of Kristy Smith, a freshman nursing student. The album of images was entitled “The Jena 6 on the River.” In the video, three students with mud smeared across their bodies stomp on a fourth student, while two of the participants are heard to say, “Jena 6.” One man can also be heard saying, “Niggers put the noose on.” After the video and photos on Smith’s page were discovered by fellow students, she removed the material and made her Facebook page private. Smith, who did not respond to a TSG e-mail sent to her school address, apologized for the images in several recent Facebook postings. “We were just playin n the mud and it got out of hand. I promise i’m not racist. i have just as many black friends as i do white. And i love them to death,” she wrote.

She added in a later message that her friends “were drinking” and things “got a lil out of hand.” When faced with heated online criticism from fellow students, Smith yanked the photos and video from Facebook, but not before one student downloaded the photos and another videotaped the video directly from her computer screen (and then posted the clip on YouTube). (5 pages)

BLACKFACEBOOK: College students in Texas, Connecticut, and South Carolina have previously posted similar racially charged images on Facebook.

This is gonna piss some of you off, but shit you know I don’t give a fuck what y’all think.

Reason number….countless, why racism isn’t going anywhere anytime soon, I see way too much of this stupid shit from young white people. I’m not delusional about the future of this society, yes this are better bla, bla, bla but I just see a racist backlash from more and more young white kids.

It was one thing back in the Jim Crow days, when young white kids were taught to hate darkies because idiot ass white folks would teach their kids that black people will give them a rash if they talked to them and other inane crap.
However as ghetto minstrel behavior is celebrated by the white media world, these idiot fuck kids find denigrating an entire race armed with those negative images is ok and funny. Aw we was just kidding, we love Nigg…er uh bla…er uh Afro-Americans, oh shit African-Americans.

I watched this old racist bastard on Dr. Phil last night (I’ll post sometime) bitching about the fact that we need to be separated and segregated like in the good ole days, shit I expect that out of old white people. I still say the majority of white people in their late 60’s and 70’s still wish that Negros would settle back on plantations, but the young people of today are equally as ignorant and as racists, fortunately many are dumbasses, and are not shy about using the internet to post the silliness their grandparents routinely engaged in.

Hutsells ‘weak link in the parenting chain’

Monday, July 23rd, 2007
drinking2.jpg

Lake County’s most notorious party hosts have been found guilty of violating the state Liquor Control Act, nine months after two teenage boys died in a car accident at the end of their driveway during a drinking party in their home.

Jeffrey Hutsell, 53, and Sara Hutsell, 52, were found guilty Saturday of three of the four charges related to the drinking party their son held in the basement of their Deerfield home last Oct. 13.

The Hutsells stood and stared motionless in Lake County Circuit Court as the verdict on each count was read after nearly seven hours of jury deliberations.

• Use of residence in violation of the Liquor Control Act: guilty.

• Endangering the life of health of a minor: guilty.

• Attempt to obstruct justice by providing police with false information: guilty.

• Obstruction of justice by tampering with evidence: not guilty

The convictions underscore the importance of parents being more responsible for what happens in their home, said Lake County State’s Attorney Michael Waller.

“You cannot host underage drinking parties in your home,” Waller said. “It’s a difficult issue, (but) we’re very pleased with the verdicts.”

On Oct. 13, 2006 — the night of Deerfield High School’s homecoming football game — the Hutsells’ 18-year-old son, Jonathan, threw a party that prosecutors say was attended by no fewer than 29 teenagers. A number of them have admitted to drinking at the time, but the Hutsells maintained throughout the trial that they were unaware that minors were consuming alcohol. The Hutsells were upstairs during the party and watched a baseball game.

Around 11:30 p.m. on the night of the party, two 18-year-olds were killed in a one-car crash at the end of the Hutsells’ driveway that Deerfield police linked to alcohol, marijuana and excessive speed. Ross Trace of Riverwoods, a senior at Deerfield High, and Daniel Bell of Bannockburn, a 2006 Deerfield graduate, were killed and three other teens in the same car were injured when Bell drove into a tree, reportedly on their way back to the Hutsell house, after smoking marijuana.

The deaths of Trace and Bell drew immense attention to the case. Press photographers and broadcast news cameramen stalked the Hutsells at each of their preliminary court appearances and throughout the trial. After Saturday’s verdict, the Hutsells snuck out of the courthouse through an underground entrance, along with their attorneys, without talking to the press.

In rare Saturday court action, the jury heard nearly three hours of closing arguments from the defense and prosecution before beginning deliberations.

The judge also decided to allow in evidence the arrests of Jonathan Hutsell in January and June 2006 for on charges of underage drinking.

Prosecutor Ari Fisz told them that the Hutsells had created an environment in their home that condoned underage drinking.

“This is a case about the disturbing lack of parental responsibility,” Fisz said. “These defendants want you to believe they had no idea what was going on in the basement, despite the fact that they were one staircase away the entire night.”

Fisz and lead prosecutor Christen Bishop spent much of their closing arguments on blasting the Hutsells for allowing drinking in their home.

“These are not kids who are flying under the radar screen,” Bishop said. “These are parents who turned the radar off. They were the weak link in the parenting chain that night.”

The Hutsells’ defense attorneys, Robert Gevirtz and Elliot Pinsel countered these claims by telling the jury that their clients did not know the teens were drinking and that they never saw alcohol.

Gevirtz told the jury that his client, Jeffery Hutsell was an upstanding person and would not idly sit by and allow kids to drink.

“The only question is did he know (they were drinking)? It’s not what he should have done. It’s not what he could have done,” Gevirtz said. “The kids made their own decisions. They made the decision to drink, they made the decision to go to the car and smoke dope.”

During the course of the six-day trial, a number of the teenagers who attended the party testified, each giving an account of what they recalled. Some testified they remembered seeing Jeffrey Hutsell in the basement, with booze clearly evident. Others claimed the alcohol was hidden and that Jeffrey Hutsell never visited the basement.

Pinsel spent time Saturday questioning the credibility of Deerfield police detectives, accusing them of twisting information to get a conviction on a high-profile case.

Deerfield Police Chief John Sliozis said after the trial that he was fully confident in his officers’ credibility.

“They acted appropriately,” he said. “We were obviously very happy with the way it turned out.”

This post from Red State, http://copiousdissent.blogspot.com - Why I keep reading about this dumb shit I don’t know. You should only read blogs if you are high on something to keep from grinding your teeth from the constant flow of senility that oozes from the liberal morons in this society.

Ya know when I first started to blog and I would see stories like these I thought they were funny and amusing but they simply are not amusing anymore because these moronic fucks are serious and this will only lead to more crazy shit like the idiot Judge suing the dry cleaner folks for millions.
This retarded shit is spinning out of control and the less educated and more moronic our society get stories like this will be more commonplace.

####

For quite some time, I have wanted to discuss how liberalism is destroying the competitive spirit of our Nation’s children. This is the same competitive drive that made our Country great and so admired throughout the world. I briefly touched on this insanity recently regarding Seattle Schools banning Legos. But, after watching Glenn Beck last night, I knew it was time to unleash my rage.

Glenn Beck last night spoke with an attorney for Wycoda Fischer. Evidently, Fischer had a dire crisis that required legal counsel. You see, poor Wycoda Fischer did not make her cheerleading team.

No, you are not dreaming; this is not a joke. Wycoda Fischer did not make her junior varsity cheerleading team and so she is suing her school. Forget the fact that Michael Jordan attributes his competitive drive, and ultimate success, because he was cut from his high school team. Today, instead of children learning from their failures, and striving to succeed, they are rewarded for their lack of effort. Somehow, we are surprised when these children become abject failures as adults, and then argue they have a right to a college education and a comfortable living.

As a result of this ridiculous lawsuit, the School District will have to waste tax dollars to pay a lawyer to defend this nonsense. Worst of all, this will have a terrible effect on competitive sports throughout the Country. The damage from this single case may have a more devastating impact than the media cares to mention.

Bullies:1 Fat Australian Kids:0

Wednesday, May 16th, 2007

misty.jpgThere’s this Australian kid, Benjamin Cox, who recently got handed an assload of money in compensation for being bullied. Not to be paid by the bully, mind you, but by the school district, and therefore the Canadian taxpayers. His mommy took him by the hand and led him through a lawsuit, because he was so very traumatized by being the picked-on kid that he can’t go to school, can’t get a job–can do nothing, in fact, but sit in his room playing on his PlayStation. He’s going to get paid to do just that for the rest of his life, now.

It’s horseshit. Oh, I believe he was bullied, and I believe it sucked really hard, but this kid just wants a free ride like everybody else.

His mother, bless her enabling soul, makes some very telling statements, such as “He didn’t like crowds, he didn’t like teachers, didn’t like the work,” when explaining why the middle-school bullying so truamatically screwed up his high school career.

Well, hell, I don’t like crowds, most teachers, or schoolwork, and never did, but I somehow managed to repress my tortured soul long enough to graduate.

And I’m sure I could go round for round with this loser on bullying stories. During the course of my public-school education, I was knocked unconscious twice, had my cheekbone broken and my shoulder sprained (two seperate incidents), had dirt and toilet paper shoved into my mouth, and to this day I have the tip of a graphite pencil embedded in my calf. Those are just the ones that stand out, not counting the fact that the unofficial sport of MeadowView Grade School was, for three hellish years, a game where about two dozen students would surround me with basketballs, kickballs, four-square balls, and volleyballs, and proceed to play a very one-sided round of dodgeball where I wasn’t allowed to dodge, throw back, or be called “out”.

Tiggergate

Monday, January 8th, 2007

tigger2.jpgBy Brian Montopoli - Public Eye, CBS Blog

This morning, the “Early Show” interviewed Jerry Monaco, his son and their lawyer. The Monaco family recently took a trip to Disney World, where they met Tigger, the exuberant tiger from A.A. Milne’s Winnie-the-Pooh books. Or rather, a Disney “cast member” in a Tigger costume. And that’s when the Monaco’s horrific experience began.

The Monaco family was posing with Tigger while Jerry filmed them with his video camera. Suddenly, Jerry’s teenaged son, Jerry Jr., was “smack[ed] in the face” by Tigger, as “Early Show” anchor Hannah Storm characterized it. Jerry Sr. called the incident a “sucker punch.” Jerry Jr., who later “woke up with neck pain,” was eventually taken to the hospital for treatment. As of this morning, Jerry Jr. says, “most of the pain is gone ’cause I have medicine.”

Here at Public Eye, we’ve long been opposed to people dressed as fictional characters punching teenagers in the face. But we urge you to watch the video of the incident and decide for yourself what, exactly, Tigger did – the “Early Show” helpfully plays the video over and over during the course of the interview.

What pissed me off more was this bullshit from another article from the idiot dad.

His family went on to say that their holiday was ruined by the Tigger incident. Mr Monaco claimed, “Tigger won’t be a man about it. Get out of the costume and apologize to my son.”

cbs1.jpgYa know Mr. Monaco, fuck off, this is why some of you people raise these idiot despicable, contemptible and rude little bastards because you refuse to acknowledge the bad behaviors of your children.
This little teenage geek was obviously screwing with the costume, what do some of you have selective vision?
What makes matters worse is he is now pimping himself on the TV circuit trying to get sympathy for his bastard kid, not to mention dead presidents from Disney.
As far as I’m concerned Tigger should have stomped the little zit faced bastard into the ground.
Some of the bigger bloggers need to post a “Save Tigger” support link or something, I would gladly support.

Stupid: How to raise a compassionate child

Thursday, January 4th, 2007

respect.jpgMrs. Snoop sent this to me via law.com, this is so fucken stupid it’s not funny.

• Emily Mihalchik, a Lawrence mother and director of Johnnie Appleseed Preschool, is quoted in a story from Parenting.com, and posted on CNN.com, about how to raise compassionate children.

Speak softly. Your kindness will be a role model for how to treat others. When your child’s in pain, be warm and caring.

This is somehow earth shattering? What the hell!

“It’s all about the tone in your voice,” says Emily Mihalchik, a mom of 2-year-old Sam and director of the Johnnie Appleseed Preschool, in Lawrence, Kansas. If a child’s friend is crying, “I say, ‘Maybe a hug would be nice,’” says Mihalchik. Young toddlers don’t have a very consistent long-term memory, so you’ll have to repeat your lessons more times than you thought possible.

I don’t want to raise a:  pitying, sympathizing, sympathetic, tender, er uh Compassionate child.

There is only one thing you need to teach your child and that is RESPECT.
Respect for parents, siblings and most of all SELF.

If your child is respectful to you as a parent they will carry that to the nursery school, the classroom, their job and their relationships.

I don’t want to pity anybody. You might as well spit on them, Showing pity is condescending and demeaning.

Liberals pity people which is why they are so condescending and silly most of the time.

My parents raised me to be respectful to those around me.
I grew up saying yes sir, looked people in the eye, kept my mouth shut when I was around adults and was not being spoken to and gave elders the proper respect.
If you are a loud, rude, bombastic, silly, selfish twit it’s likely that you don’t have enough respect for yourself and you likely did not learn that respect from your parents.

This crap in the story “It’s all about the tone in your voice,” is ridiculous.

‘Maybe a hug would be nice” is this lady on drugs, I don’t want my child, (grandchildren now) hugging anybody, what the fuck for?
In this day and age of weirdoes, plez .

This is not damm rocket science, teach your children RESPECT and genuine love I guarantee you they won’t grow up to be rude, mean little racist and or hateful bastards.   All the other positive child development behaviors will follow suit.

School accuses 5-year-old of sex harassment

Thursday, December 21st, 2006

littlebilly150.gifby ERIN CUNNINGHAM - Hearld-Mail.com
HAGERSTOWN - A kindergarten student was accused earlier this month of sexually harassing a classmate at Lincolnshire Elementary School, an accusation that will remain on his record until he moves to middle school.

Washington County Public Schools spokeswoman Carol Mowen said the definition of sexual harassment used by the school system is, “unwelcome sexual advances, request for sexual favors and/or other inappropriate verbal, written or physical conduct of a sexual nature directed toward others.”

Mowen said that definition comes from the Maryland State Department of Education.

According to a school document provided by the boy’s father, the 5-year-old pinched a girl’s buttocks on Dec. 8 in a hallway at the school south of Hagerstown.

Charles Vallance, the boy’s father, said he was unable to explain to his son what he had done.

“He knows nothing about sex,” Vallance said. “There’s no way to explain what he’s been written up for. He knows it as playing around. He doesn’t know it as anything sexual at all.”

The incident was described as “sexual harassment” on the school form.

School officials consider a student’s age and the specific action when determining what administrative action to take, Mowen said.

Lincolnshire Principal Darlene Teach and Mowen said they were unable to discuss he incident involving the Lincolnshire student.

Teach said any student, regardless of grade level, can be cited for sexual harassment.

“Anytime a student touches another student inappropriately, it could be sexual harassment,” Teach said.

School administrators at a Texas school in November suspended a 4-year-old student for inappropriately touching a teacher’s aide after the prekindergarten student hugged the woman.

“It’s important to understand a child may not realize that what he or she is doing may be considered sexual harassment, but if it fits under the definition, then it is, under the state’s guidelines,” Mowen said. “If someone has been told this person does not want this type of touching, it doesn’t matter if it’s at work or at school, that’s sexual harassment.”

The incident will be included in the boy’s file while he remains at Lincolnshire, but Mowen said those files do not follow students when they move on to middle school.

She described the incident as a “learning opportunity.”

During the 2005-06 school year, 28 kindergarten students in Maryland were suspended for sex offenses, including sexual assault, sexual harassment and sexual activity, according to state data. Fifteen of those suspensions were for sexual harassment.

During the 2005-06 school year, one Washington County prekindergarten student was suspended from school, and 12 of the county’s kindergartners were suspended for various offenses, according to state data.

4 -year-old Accused of Improperly Touching Teacher

Tuesday, December 12th, 2006

Story is several days old, but what the hell.

kid-caught-staring.jpgBy Jennifer Kent - Link

BELLMEAD-   A four-year-old hugged his teachers aide and was put into in-school suspension, according to the father.  But La Vega school administrators have a different story.

Damarcus Blackwell’s four-year-old son was lining-up to get on the bus after school last month, when he was accused of rubbing his face in the chest of a female employee.

The prinicipal of La Vega Primary School sent a letter to the Blackwells that said the pre-kindergartener demonstrated “inappropriate physical behavior interpreted as sexual contact and/or sexual harassment.”

Blackwell says it’s ridiculous that the aide would misread a hug from a four-year-old.  Blackwell wrote to administrators demanding that the whole incident be expunged from his son’s academic file because his son is too young to know what it means to act sexually.

David Davis, the executive director of the Advocacy Center in Waco tends to agree with Blackwell.  He says assuming the boy has not had sexual encounters, or been inappropriately exposed to pornography, most four-year-olds are sexually innocent.

Blackwell got a response  from the La Vega administration.  The sexual references on the discipline referral were removed.  But the thing that makes Blackwell most upset is they told him “your request for an apology by the aide and removal of all paperwork regarding this incident is denied.”  Now the young student’s file will refer to the incident as “inappropriate physical contact.”  And Blackwell says he will continue to fight the district.

La Vega I.S.D. administrators told News Channel 25 they couldn’t comment on this case because of student privacy issues.

Ok let me throw out my typical Snoop rant comments, y’all know what I’m gonna say, right?

First this teacher was a liberal, likely a lesbian, who hates minorities because we all know this was a black kid.

Now having said that, the opinions on this have been all been targeted towards the teacher.
But let’s get real; kids today are a bunch of perverts and sexual deviants in training.
I’ve seen some young boys trying to grab boobs and some folks think that shit is cute.
This is how young boys grow up to objectify and mistreat women.

My problem with this story is that this should have been kept quiet.
The teacher should have had a frank conversation with the parents and explained to the boy and parents the problem.
Why this crap turned into a news story is beyond me.
If the administrators wanted to “help the child understand” this should have been done face to face.
Again I’m certain the child was black or some minority. Otherwise this would have been dealt with differently, and it sure as hell would not be a news story.
