Penn saying that we should just stop talking about such trivial issues.

I’m not even an Obama supporter nor a Democrat and I am just fucken outraged that mutherfuckers continue to make excuses for this idiot bitch. What makes matters worse is that in another discussion these two old idiot fucks are trying to force the idea that Obama needs to put this insane bitch on the Democratic presidential ticket.
I know I should not care; after all it is a Democratic Party conundrum, but as much as I hated Hillary before the election cycle started I can’t even begin to articulate just how much I despise her and I thank God that this evil bitch will not be our next president.

This morning I was watching Mike and Mike in the Morning and there was a discussion on fan behavior and how rude and obnoxious people are at sporting events.
It’s obvious that civility is lacking in our society, DUH!
I was considering writing something with this entire sports fan civility twist but I figured why bang the keyboard revealing the obvious, fans are rude and screwed up but we in society have a much bigger problem.

How long has there been really fucked up people in human society? I would guess since humans began to communicate and walk upright.
Thanks to You Tube people are perfectly willing to air their sick, twisted mentally deficient behavior to starving voyeurs around the globe.

But hey we have lying ass politicians “misspeaking” on a daily basis with little or no repercussions knowing these lies will be highlighted on You Tube and knowing that their political fans will completely ignore their verbal gaffs.

On blog/websites we have shit loads of racial hostility directed at those who have opposing societal views.
We have political hostilities directed at those who differ on stances from “climate change” to the war in Iraq. The hatred frankly is overwhelming.

I sometimes think of how folks perceive me on this blog. I do come off as brash, angry, pissed off. Now I’m an opinionated bastard and what I say here I’m honest about and if I were having a conversation with someone I would still express myself in a very opinionated manner, but I’m not mean about it. I don’t have anything going on in my life that would cause me to be constantly mean and hostile about.

Back to the teens, why the hell would these teens videotape the “animalistic” beating of this girl? As far as I’m concerned instead of bitching and moaning about My Space and You Tube you have to focus on the families of these kids.

Let’s get real here if you are in a fucked up marriage/relationship, family, fucked up job, you look in the mirror and don’t like what you see or you see yourself as a failure you will take that frustration out on anybody and everybody.

A fantastic account of the whole sordid mess can be found in the New Yorker, but for the uninitiated, the story goes something like this: A 13-year-old girl named Meghan Meier hung herself in the upstairs closet of her suburban Missouri home after receiving a bunch of nasty MySpace messages from a boy she had been corresponding with. Except the boy in question, “Josh Evans,” wasn’t actually a boy: He was the fictional creation of a woman named Lori Drew, the mother of a girl with whom young Meier had once been friends. Meghan and the friend had a falling out, as adolescent girls are wont to do, which prompted the girl’s mom to punish Meghan by “friending” her as a 16-year-old hottie named “Josh Evans.” Seemingly, Drew planned on toying with Meghan’s emotions to teach her some sort of life lesson, failing to realize that 13-year-old girls are fragile creatures who don’t take well to that style of teaching. Granted, it later came out that Drew knew Meghan had battled depression, making her cold “This isn’t my fault and I had no idea this would happen” defense ring somewhat hollow. (To make matters worse, she even enlisted the help of another young girl to make the ruse more plausible.)

Interestingly enough, the St. Charles Journal, the paper that originally broke the story, didn’t mention Drew by name, but a bunch of pissed-off bloggers eventually outed her. Drew hasn’t yet been charged with a crime, but prosecutors are looking to see if her creating the fake MySpace account can be grounds for fraud. In the interim, congratulations, Lori! You are officially the most despised person in the whole wide web!

Cossey was charged Friday with unlawful transfer of a fiream, possession of a firearm by a minor, corruption of a minor, endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of reckless endangerment.

A search of the family’s home Wednesday in Plymouth Meeting outside Philadelphia turned up the rifle, about 30 air-powered guns, swords, knives, grenades, a bomb-making book and videos of the 1999 Columbine High School attack, Castor said.

Craig was arrested shortly after noon on June 11 in the main men’s public restroom of the North Star Crossing in the Lindbergh Terminal.

It’s not clear from the article exactly which review web site they’re referring to or whether the warnings about the sting showed up in advance of Craig’s June 11th arrest. But it seems that closer scrutiny of the web and available ratings sites could have kept Craig from his rendezvous with destiny.

KING 5 aired a series of reports on Jack McClellan when he lived in Arlington. Later, he moved to Southern California saying he was tired of the media pressure. But the scrutiny has followed him there.

The day our report aired, McClellan packed up and moved to Southern California where he got right back to work, visiting family events around Los Angeles and blogging them on his Web site.

After attending an event in Santa Monica last week, police there did something law enforcement here would not – they posted his picture online telling parents to call them if they see him watching children.

“They are there to serve and protect, and that’s exactly what they’re doing: They’re protecting these citizens,” said Ron Tebo, who lives in New York and has launched a Web site in McClellan’s name saying the admitted pedophile is a ticking time bomb.

Tebo has also posted McClellan’s picture.

“It’s about time that we move forward now and protect children,” he said.

Just this weekend, the New York Times published a front page story on McClellan. He told the paper that parents are beginning to recognize him and he fears for his safety.

McClellan has also publicly stated that he may file suit against the various groups that have posted his picture online.

Ron Tebo says he’s not the least bit scared.

Legal scholars and law enforcement agencies all say Jack McClellan has done nothing illegal and that’s why, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office, they never issued his picture.

It was a painful episode to watch. A young woman, begging her mother, the person who should have taught her right from wrong, to help her, to teach her the rules of life. It was a little too late. And so she wept as the Universe was bringing the teaching and settling the score.

I’m in no glass house. I understand only too well the pitfalls of maternal amnesia and denial. I am not throwing stones but merely a lifesaver, a buoy of sanity and understanding.

“My analyst told me, that I was right out of my head,” Joni Mitchell sang in the song “Twisted.” I was twisted. I am twisted. I am deluded that my attempts at being liked and loved by my children and friends with them — all at the same time — were going to result in “well raised children.” We were the generation that would take the job of raising our children and turn it into… PARENTING. We were the generation who applauded every move they made. Every step they took. “Good climbing, Brandon” was our hue and cry. We were raised by people who didn’t “understand” us and now we don’t “understand” why our children are so messed up.

It is a national epidemic. Omnipotent children running amok or sitting amok as they watch TV and play electronic games and shop on eBay.

The sad paths of the three most popular young women — privileged but from varying backgrounds, talented, beautiful and spectacular — have ended in prison, rehab and mental illness. I hope their mothers are worried sick and wondering, “What could I have done differently?” And our culture should be asking the same question too.

What we need to do is look long and hard at our part in all this. Where did our children get the message that the rules don’t apply to them? And where did we, the Mothers, get the message that if we abdicate our responsibilities as Mothers, the Universe will do our job for us? And it does, but without any of the love and tenderness and compassion that we could have given, along with the lessons.

Now it’s just the cold hard facts of a jail cell or the emptiness of a rehab room.

I’m not pointing fingers. I’m asking questions.

Can we take the wrenching sight of Paris asking her mother, “why?” and ask it of ourselves?

My analyst told me this: “Children are paparazzi. They take your picture mentally when you don’t want them to, when you don’t look good, and show it back to you in their behavior.”

Let’s hope that we all learn what is RIGHT and what is so WRONG.

EVERETT, Wash  The man behind a disturbing Web site that was taken off-line is back at it again. The Web site is called “Seattle Tacoma Everett Girl Love.”A virtual how-to manual for pedophiles was shut down in March because of the content. But, the Web site’s creator has found a new host and is back online.Two months ago, Jack McClellan made a frightening admission – that he is a pedophile.

Just this week, his page came back online. This time, with a foreign host and a new Web address.

The pictures of little girls are gone, but in their place is a disturbing message board and reviews of family events he recently attended.

One of those events was the downtown Mount Vernon Street Fair. He said it exceeded his expectations.

But what he didn’t expect was me watching him as he watched little girls dancing at the street fair.

When confronted by me, he took off his hat and glasses.

“I’m just… barely nothing down here, just enjoying the party,” he said.

When asked if he had a camera, he replied: “Yes, but I’m not taking pictures of kids anymore.”

Even if he was, that’s not against the law, nor is he doing anything illegal by watching little girls and writing about it.

But the father of two girls discussed on McClellan’s Web site says other parents need to be on the lookout and know who to look for. He says McClellan is a ticking time bomb.

One line from the website reads, “Probably you have been told that touching in the private parts of your body is ‘bad touching.’ This is not always the case.”

One local mother who came across the site says it made her physically sick.

When Falyn Harris saw the website, she immediately thought of her daughter. “I’ve got little sisters and nieces and my daughter and I don’t want to see them come across something like this. It’s disgusting.”

The website, created by an admitted pedophile, is called Puellula.

“It would be nice if everything that were wrong and sickening and disgusting were illegal, but that’s not always the case”, says Captain John Bowman with the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office.

Captain Bowman says he wants to do something, but his hands are tied.

For deputies to act, a site must show child porn or solicit someone to do an illegal sexual act. Otherwise it’s just free speech.

“Until they step over the line, there is little or nothing that can be done against them criminally”, says Captain Bowman.

It’s not the answer Falyn wanted to hear, but she hopes by letting others know about the site parents can help keep their kids safe.

Tulsa County Sheriff’s Detectives say they will monitor the site closely to make sure it doesn’t cross the legal line.

And if it does, they plan to aggressively go after the website creator.

Parents can block websites using programs such as Netnanny and Cyber Sitter.

SEATTLE —  A Web site created by a pedophile is a virtual “how-to” manual, complete with the best places in western Washington state to see little girls, and tips on how to avoid getting caught by the police.

The site, titled “Seattle-Tacoma-Everett Girl Love,” has been around for a few years. The police know all about it, yet they say they can’t shut it down because the site is legal.

“As disturbing and offensive as we find this, there’s no evidence of a crime, or even suspicion of illegal activity,” said Rebecca Hover of the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Department.

The man who runs it, 45-year-old Jack McClellan, has never been convicted of a sex crime, which means he can attend any family-friendly events where children are present, and take all the pictures he wants for his Web site. He also lives close to a school bus stop.

McClellan says his purpose is to promote association, friendship and legal, consensual hugging and cuddling between men and pre-pubescent girls. He admitted to FOX News that his “age of attraction” is between 3 and 11 years old.

“I guess the main thing is I just think they’re cute, a lot cuter than women. I admit there is kind of an erotic arousal there,” McClellan said.

“It makes me happy simply. Like I said, I think girls are cute, beautiful, just children in general make me happy … being around lots of them. … I’m doing what anyone else would do with a hobby. If someone’s into birds they’re taking pictures of birds. I’m convinced that none of these images are illegal.”

McClellan wants to bring pedophiles out of the closet and give them a way to get some relief, by going out and being around little girls. He suggests a number of places, such as plays at elementary schools, parks, swimming pools and libraries.

CLINTON, S.C. - The arrest of two women teachers on charges of having sex with their male students has brought cries of lingering racism in one of South Carolina’s most conservative counties and evoked some of the South’s oldest and deepest-seated racial taboos.Both women are white. The boys — six in all — are black.

Some of the blacks who make up more than a quarter of Laurens County’s 70,000 residents are upset over the handling of the two cases, particularly the release of the teachers on bail.

They say the cases reflect the way crimes by whites against blacks in the segregated South were treated less seriously than other offenses, and blacks who leveled accusations against whites were less likely to be believed.

“If this had been black teachers, they would not be out of jail right now,” said Corinnie Young, a 49-year-old bookstore employee who is black.

Some blacks shudder to think what would have happened if the teachers were black men and the students were white girls.

“I can assure you if it were an African American male who committed such an offense against a white female, history shows us that the charges, the punishment and the sentencing would be totally different,” said state NAACP president Lonnie Randolph. “The system ain’t blind when the perpetrator is an African American male or female or when the victim is a white female.”

“I don’t know why you’re reading that on WTOP,” Webb told host Mark Plotkin. “I think it’s a little bit inappropriate.”

Plotkin was reading an excerpt from Webb’s novel “Something to Die For,” in which Webb describes a female stripper performing sexual acts with a banana.

“I don’t think that’s appropriate for you to read on WTOP,” Webb said again as Plotkin finished the excerpt. (Washington Post Radio is WTOP’s sister station.)

The campaign of Republican Sen. George Allen on Thursday released excerpts from some of the war novels Webb wrote between 1978 and 2002. The books include some graphic sexual passages, as well as frequent uses of a racial slur for blacks and descriptions of Vietnamese women as “monkey-faced.”

Among the excerpts is a scene from the 2002 novel “Lost Soldiers,” in which a man embraces his four-year-old son and places the boy’s penis in his mouth.

Coincidentally, a Cambodian woman in Las Vegas is facing sexual assault charges for performing a similar act on her young son, according to an Oct. 14 report in the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

The article quotes an office manager for the Cambodian Association of America, who described the act as a sign of respect or love.

“It’s an exception,” Thira Srey told the Review-Journal of the practice. According to the report, the act is usually performed by a mother or caretaker on a child who is one year old or younger. In Webb’s novel, the child is four years old.

Webb criticized the Allen campaign for focusing on excerpts from his novels.

“The most important issue facing the country, he hasn’t got a statement to make on it,” Webb said of the Iraq war. “This country’s been breaking into pieces economically … they’ve got no position on that.

 Although this is a local issue, it does have national significance as more and more states crack down on sexual offenders.
I started to comment on the LJ World site because I frankly found the arguments from the people boo hooing the pain the poor slob in the story suffered entertaining.
I’m glad the registry exists because I am so sick of hearing about these sick fucks screwing up the lives of young kids particularly girls. The glaring white light of scrutiny is a bitch huh?
If you want to keep your sick ass off this list, stop molesting little babies, young teens, your step daughters. Stop kidnaping and murdering. 
I find it hilarious how many links there are from people who thinks the registry is unfair, that there needs to be some distinguishing between the various offenses. Naw not me, screw em.
The more and more defending I read that only tells me that there are more and more sickos out there that need to be scared straight.

I read one sob story back east about two dudes 57 and 24 who were blasted after their names were posted. Boo fucken hoo, if you are a sex offender you should be scared. If you are sleeping with your kids and playing Michael Jackson you should be scared. If you are some college age prick screwing with some 12, 13 or 14 year old, you should be scared.

State system makes no distinction between rapists and molesters and young men in a relationship

The other day, Brad Totman says, his wife came home nearly in tears.
Some neighborhood children who play with the couple’s 3-year-old daughter had said they couldn’t play with her anymore because Totman might “touch them.”
The reason: Totman is a registered sex offender, and his picture recently had been published in the local paper in Pittsburg near his home in Mulberry. His crime, which happened in the late 1990s, was having consensual sex with a 15-year-old girl when he was 19.
That girl is now his wife, Kristal. They have been married three years.
Kansas has had an “offender registry” since the mid-1990s, designed to alert the public to the presence of dangerous criminals — mostly sex offenders — in their midst. Offenders must register with the Kansas Bureau of Investigation and keep their name, current address and photo on a public site.
But Totman says it’s not fair — and misleading to the public — that the registry paints people like him with the same brush as it paints, say, someone who grabbed a child off the street or broke into a home and raped a person. He says the registry instills fear in the public, without providing any meaningful information about what a person actually did to land himself on it.
“It’s lumping you in with pedophiles and rapists, when in fact it’s a consensual thing, especially when you have a continuing relationship with the person,” Totman said. “I want to make waves. I want to see changes.”

‘Way out of proportion’

Sex offenders garner little sympathy in the public eye, and conventional wisdom is that no politician would ever brag about passing laws to make life easier for such a population.
This year, in fact, the Legislature made life harder for people like Totman. The much-touted “Jessica’s Law” didn’t just increase penalties for child molesters; it required all registered offenders to start visiting their county’s sheriff twice a year and paying a $20 fee each time, in addition to the pre-existing requirement to verify their address every 90 days through the mail.
The change, which took effect July 1, also increased the penalties for violating the registration law — for example, by failing to send back a letter. That crime is now a level 5 felony that calls for prison time, on par with violent crimes such as involuntary manslaughter.
The changes concern Ron Stegall, Douglas County’s chief executive probation officer. He pointed out that the penalty for failing to register was far more serious than that handed down for many of the crimes that required someone to be on the registry in the first place.
“I’m certainly not suggesting there should be no penalty for failing to register,” he said. “To me, the penalty is way out of proportion to the crime itself.”

A ‘wide net’

Totman, for example, was convicted of “lewd and lascivious behavior,” a misdemeanor. But if he makes a paperwork mistake, he could go to prison for nearly three years.
Another concern of Stegall’s is that the registry makes no distinction between what he called a “really, really bad guy,” and a “not-such-a-bad guy” who made a youthful mistake. He’s not suggesting that sex with an underage person should be legal — just that the state needs to make a distinction between types of sex crimes.

CLEVELAND — A man accused of sexually assaulting nine boys with physical or mental disabilities told a judge that having sex with children is a sacred ritual protected by civil rights laws.
Phillip Distasio, who said he is the leader of a church called Arcadian Fields Ministries, represented himself at his pretrial hearing Wednesday. He is charged with 74 counts including rape, pandering obscenity to minors and corrupting another with drugs.
 ”I’m a pedophile. I’ve been a pedophile for 20 years,” he said in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court Wednesday. “The only reason I’m charged with rape is that no one believes a child can consent to sex. The role of my ministry is to get these cases out of the courtrooms.”
Distasio said some of his congregants are among the victims in this case. Distacio, of Rocky River, is accused of molesting two disabled boys he tutored at his home and raping seven autistic boys at a Cleveland school for special-needs students where he was a teacher’s aide. All but one of the victims were under 13.
A conviction on rape counts involving any of the eight younger boys would mean an automatic sentence of life in prison without parole eligibility, prosecutors said.
Distasio tried unsuccessfully in June to fire his court-appointed lawyer because he wouldn’t pursue a religious freedom defense. Distasio could represent himself if the attorney remained as an adviser, Judge Kathleen Sutula said.
Rocky River is 9 miles west of Cleveland.
