Uhgg, I am so sick of this hysteria over Clinton’s Kennedy comment. It had nothing, absolutely nothing to do with Obama. And frankily I find it insulting in light of the misogyny that women live with everyday.

I can’t even post the comments I read about hillary on the internet, but yesterday they involved several recommendations that somebody sexually violate her with farm instuments. 431 posts as a matter of fact, calling for one form of violence or another towards Clinton.

As a female you learn to block this stuff out, because it’s so prevelent in our culture. We don’t even think of it as death threats, as promises of bodily harm. Instead it’s simply a way of life, part of our culture. If you actually paid attention, you’d probably go insane, it’s like being surrounded by a cult of serial killers.

The media can use terms towards Hillary such as “gasping for breath, “in her death throes”, “when is somebody going to take her out,” “nail the coffin shut”, etc, etc. Dogwhistles for death are a matter of routine when talking about women on the news. And it’s not limited to Hillary Clinton. Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, etc, they’re all subjected to the same misogynistic language.

But who is everyone worried about? Obama. Nevermind that the most recent political assassination involved a female, Benazir Bhutto. Nevermind that the country’s new national pastime is playing Hillary deathwatch.

And of course in the insanity of sexism, while they are threatening you with constant death and violent maiming, they’re also accusing you of being a monster. A Fatal Attraction who just won’t die, someone so dangerous if you choose them for VP, you’d need to hire a food taster.

yttik, very well put. It’s pervasive and perverted, and we’re all so inured to it that we just carry right on, hardly skipping a beat. There’s a lot a wonderful things about this great country, but the macho “women aren’t good for more than fucking, fixing dinner and ironing shirts” is a real downer. And the woman Obots delude themselves in thinking that the MSM really thinks otherwise.

Hillary’s candidacy threatens the status quo much more than Obama’s, which I believe is the catalyst for a large portion of the Hillary-hate. Sadly, a lot of women are comfortable with the status quo.

I don’t want to sound like an ad–a public service ad on TV–but the fact is that if you can read you can walk into a job later on. If you don’t then you got the Army, Iraq, I don’t know, something like that. It’s not as bright. So that’s my little commercial for that.

King thinks the troops stationed in Iraq are illiterate, uneducated people who couldn’t get jobs in the U.S. Nice. Real nice.

In fact, that’s what I think heaven is going to look like.”

“People were happy,” she said. “They’re Christian. They’re tolerant. They defend America.”

Deutsch, who is Jewish, asked her if that meant Jews should convert. She said yes. Later, she added, “We just want Jews to be perfected, as they say.”

Deutsch said that was offensive, and Coulter later clarified: “We consider ourselves perfected Christians. For me to say that for you to become a Christian is to become a perfected Christian is not offensive at all.”

The National Jewish Democratic Council launched on an online petition to CNN, Fox News, MBC, CBS and ABC urging them to no longer use her as a commentator. “While Ms. Coulter has her freedom of speech, you have the freedom to exercise better judgment,” the petition says. “You wouldn’t put people who claim Martians roam the earth to frequently comment on science. It is time to stop putting Ms. Coulter on the air to comment on politics, thus giving her free publicity and attention.”
