You know folks as opinionated a dude as I am this is one of those issues where I can’t get a real grip on what I feel should be done.
On the one hand, having the government raid these folks domain is not something I totally agree with, particularly if you read the little article below where the phone call that precipitated the initial raid is a little shaky.

On the other hand if you watch the interview, these women are mentally retarded. I’m not sure if you were to ask them what year it is they could tell you. The moms have the mindset of a child.
Is mental capacity grounds for taking away someone child? Now these women deny abuse, but we all know it happens, however there is this thing called burden of proof.

There are shit loads of examples of single mothers who seemingly have all of their marbles, but exhibit their own examples of retardation by doing things like smoking or drinking during and after pregnancy, poor relationship choices, exposing the child to physical abuse, mismanaging their own lives ect.
The government simply can’t rescue every child from retarded parents.
So what’s the answer?

A FATHER and daughter who have revealed they are couple and have a child together had another baby who died a few days after birth from a congenital heart disease, court documents show.

John Earnest Deaves and his daughter Jennifer Anne Deaves are at the centre of an incest scandal in South Australia over their seven-year relationship. The pair revealed their relationship on Channel 9’s 60 Minutes program last night, saying they were just asking for some respect and understanding.

In March this year, they were placed on three-year good behaviour bonds after pleading guilty to two counts of incest. District Court sentencing judge Steven Millsteed said the first count of incest was based on an act of sexual intercourse which resulted in the birth of the couple’s first child. The second count of incest related to an act of sexual intercourse which resulted in the birth of their second child in May last year.

I know many of you are familiar with the Fred Phelps klan, the people who carry around the crazy signs and protest soldiers funerals.

I just simply believe that Fred and his siblings are mentally disturbed.

The ever encroaching nanny state is working slowly but surely on taking away all parental rights. You don’t have the right to know when your children leave school grounds to get “medical care” (i.e. birth control or an abortion), which is going to get kids, once they realize the benefits of this law, to be able to ditch classes, legally, simply by stating that they are going to the doctors office. Now they want to take away the parents right to discipline their children as they see fit.

Now I am not advocating abuse here, but sometimes a kid just needs a good whack on the bottom to set them back in line. Never mind that we are creating a generation of super wimps, who will be unable to deal with the harsh realities of the real world when they graduate.

We see that happening with kids that expect to be hired just because they applied for a job,

In short Boston is wrong on this issue. All they are going to do create even more unruly children who will grow ever bolder and only be reigned in once they snap and get hauled in by cops with tasers.

We can now hear, for the first time, Brenda Slaby’s emotional and personal account of what happened August 23. That’s the day Slaby left her two-year-old daughter in a hot car while working at Glen Este Middle School.

Slaby’s comments are contained in a two-hour interview done with Union Township police.

All of you idiot people who leave babies in cars, back over them in driveways, leave them in stores, leave them in hotel rooms while you enjoy a nice dinner, drown them in bathtubs, smoke in your cars while they are held hostage in the back seat, refuse to change shitty diapers, keep them in the same fucken clothes for days on end, allow them to walk barefoot in Walmart, send them to the store to buy your cigarettes and lotto tickets, allow them to “play” with your pit-bull and beat them because your life is fucked up; do us all a favor why not lock yourself in a hot car with an exhaust hose.
Those stories would not bother me quite as much.

I bet these are some of the same people who were outraged at Michael Vick’s dog antics, funny how you people choose to be outraged by dog abuse but totally ignore when children are being abused by stupid ass parents.
