ANGRY NEGRO ALERT…UW-SC student shows disdain for opposing views on abortion

Wednesday, May 7th, 2008

From Wizbang

See for yourself just how “tolerant” they are when pro-life group Pointers for Life put up a display of 4,000 crosses symbolizing murdered fetuses on campus at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.

Here’s the story:

Students at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point butted heads Thursday after an anti-abortion organization planted 4,000 white crosses on campus to symbolize aborted fetuses and a student responded by pulling hundreds of them out of the ground. The display, sponsored by Pointers for Life and planted on Isadore Street outside the Health Enhancement Center, is called “Cemetery of the Innocents” and features crosses and anti-abortion and religious signs, one of which reads “Seek Jesus.”The group has come to expect minor vandalism each time it displays the exhibit, but students were shocked when Roderick King pulled up many of the crosses in protest.

“It’s just so disrespectful, and it’s disappointing that this comes from UWSP students. I’ve always thought of this campus as a tolerant place. … Someone made these (crosses) with their own hands,” said Pointers for Life member Tracey Oudenhoven.

King eventually left the site of the display after speaking with Protective Services officials, but he later returned to protest. King said his anger was not just politically charged, but also related to the anonymity of the exhibit.

Congressional Dems Vote Yes on Ramadan, No on Christmas

Thursday, December 13th, 2007

20.jpg

Found via Moonbattery

Not all Democrats in Congress bother to be subtle about their hostility toward our culture, and their eagerness to pander to those who share that hostility.A few weeks ago Congress passed a resolution recognizing the brutal terrorist cult Islam as “one of the great religions of the world” and honoring Ramadan. It passed unanimously.

Then came a resolution with similar wording, honoring Christmas, and decrying violence against Christians around the world. Nine Congresskooks were bold enough in their depravity to vote against it:

  • Gary Ackerman (D-NY)
  • Yvette Clarke (D-NY)
  • Diana DeGette (D-CO)
  • Alcee Hastings (D-FL)
  • Barbara Lee (D-CA)
  • Jim McDermott (D-WA)
  • Robert Scott (D-VA)
  • Pete Stark (D-CA)
  • Lynn Woolsey (D-CA)

Ten others voted “present”; here’s a surprise: one of them (Mike Pence of Indiana) isn’t a Democrat.

Presumably all of these characters have more Christians in their districts than Muslims. Whoever they’re representing, it isn’t the misguided voters who put them in office.

On tips from V the K and Cheetah. Hat tip: Michelle Malkin.

Y’all know I’m very much a Republican and I have ranted often about how screwed up Democrats are and why all of us Republicans need to work hard at keeping as many of these Democrat jackasses out of office as possible.

I heard Tom Brokaw on a radio interview talking about how we need to abandon partisan politics and come together in peace and harmony put our political positions aside for the sake of the nation.
Is Tom on crack? Seriously, is there anyone out there reading this post that actually thinks that abandoning YOUR political ideology and core principals is a good thing? And substitute them for what?

Let me tell you, the notion that I could somehow, alter my political leaning to become more “tolerant” of Democrats and their views “for the sake of the nation” is just retarded.

The post above is one of many examples of why I find the majority of liberal Democrats repugnant.
Democrats routinely sacrifice the safety, security and core American values that make this nation great, simply for political gain. Democrats actually take pride in; bashing and maligning our military, attacking core Christian values, catering to elements that actively seek to destroy this nation i.e. wiping the collective asses of radical Islamic types.
Democrats are proficient in promoting race baiting politics, poverty pimping, loathing capitalism; they fight harder to protect American trees rather than the American people, they actually believe we are not taxed enough and they are successful at promoting the notion that they and only they are the champions of promoting civil rights and
Democrats have a perpetual hard on for increasing bureaucracy.

I don’t know about you, but I want Democrats to lose, I want them relegated to the back of the political ideological bus forever.
Tom Brokaw and anyone else preaching this political reconciliation bullshit needs to start paying attention to the stupid shit Democrats say and do every damm day.

Retard Moonbats from Code Pink demand to be on Political Party Poop!

Monday, September 10th, 2007

Ah hell I can’t resist posting shit about loony idiot ass liberals.

Idiotic FEC Complaint filed against Fred Thompson

Tuesday, August 21st, 2007

This story courtesy of Neil Cavuto, this is beyond retarded, but it is proof that the left is scared to death of Thompson.
We shall see more idiot stories like this from cry baby bitchy liberals along the campaign trail.

Text from the blog: News For The Left and criminally insane.

Fred Thompson is breaking the law and it’s time somebody did something about it. So, this morning, I filed an FEC Complaint against him. For far too long, he has been ignoring the letter and spirit of Federal Election Law for his own political benefit. It reeks of the same disregard for the law that we have seen from the Bush Administration, Bob Ney, Duke Cunningham, Tom Delay, and Mark Foley.By filing this complaint, posted below, the FEC can now proceed with action to right this injustice. According to FEC regulations, Thompson will have 15 days to respond to the complaint. Then, their lawyers will write an opinion on the basis of the complaint.

It is my contention that he has violated the ‘testing the waters’ exemption of election law. He has been presenting himself as a candidate for President, he has been raising large sums of money beyond what would be required to explore a possible candidacy, and he has signed a long term lease on a headquarters for his campaign. He has even spent advertising dollars, which are specifically prohibited by the law.

Up to this point, no one has taken the time to take action against this abuse. I hope that the FEC will act quickly on this issue. Failure to do so will contribute to further corruption of the American political process.

Susan Estrich: Traitor….to the left

Monday, August 13th, 2007

foxnews.jpgThis is Susan E talking about the idiot liberals’ drug induced obsession and hatred with Fox News.
Ya know I’m a pretty simple dude, maybe that tis why I don’t understand the liberals hatred of a freaking news network.

Yes, I think the media bias is a bit out of control, but as a conservative I’m use to it, I expect them to be biased, I expect anti-right spin and distortion, however I don’t HATE MSNBC, NBC, ABC whatever. I would never call for those networks to be off the air, banned, have debates steered from those networks or any type of censorship.

As much as I hate Keith Olberman, and I clearly think he is a moronic bastard, I don’t want him off the air, hell him being on the air is good for the right. He is the poster child for “anemic grey matter syndrome” typically found in left leaning learning disabled types who are obsessed with George Bush and tax cuts.

I have always thought to myself, if I were to get to the point where I would advocate the censorship of any news or media resource then I would be clearly in need of the straight jacket and the padded rooms.

Liberals are increasingly getting more and more anti-free speech and I’m not exactly sure why this is.
Props to Susan for standing up and speaking out against this nonsense, but you can bet she will pay a high price for this piece.

By Susan Estrich - Fox NewsIt’s the unbridled ugliness that gets to me, the people who don’t disagree but hate, don’t criticize but attack with a sledgehammer, use language I wouldn’t use with my worst enemy. Often, very often actually, the subject of their ire isn’t even anything I say, but the mere fact that I say it or write it on Fox News.

People who would never say such things in public write them online, free to expose and explore their darkest side, at the expense of whoever is unfortunate enough to find themselves on the wrong web page. And what’s almost as stunning as the ugliness is how few people dare to stand up and condemn it, to say that it’s wrong, to put their money where their mouths are.

###

If you don’t like FOX News, you don’t have to watch it. If you’d rather hear from people with different points of view, they are out there. Watch them. Listen to them. Write invective-free letters to FOX telling them what you’ll watch and what you won’t. But boycotts and countervailing boycotts? Threatening advertisers? Harrassing those of us who believe it’s important that the other side be heard?

We may have a disagreement on whether it’s the right strategy to go on a network whose hosts you often disagree with (as conservatives do with MSNBC) or not, but that shouldn’t turn allies into enemies, or those you disagree with into traitors.

Traitors are people who turn on our country, not who appear on a news network you don’t like. Enemies are people who would kill our children, not those who agree to debate those you don’t want to watch. Both sides are guilty of destroying public discourse in the guise of engaging in it, but hearing that the Left is as bad as the Right, or vice versa, doesn’t excuse either side.

DNC Closes Blog Comments After Discovering Members Agree With Thompson

Thursday, June 14th, 2007

fred_thompson.jpgThis from the blog Virginia Virtucon

Free speech is NOT alive and well within the Democrat Party.  The DNC had to close the comment section on their blog post regarding Fred Thompson.  In an attempt to bash Thompson, the DNC posted The Fred Thompson “Dummies Guide to Diplomacy”.  Check out some of these excerpts from comments from DNC blog visitors.  Looks like the Reagan Democrats might feel right at home with Thompson -

Malkin who posted this entry has this update:

So now comments are back on again over at the DNC blog, and they’re saying that this post is “whining” about CENSORSHIP for closing comments off. Uh, this ain’t whining, Democrats. It’s mockery. Get used to it.

As for why the comments were off and now on again, they’re saying that the comments on posts get turned off automatically after a while. Could be, I suppose. A lot of blogs do that. But if they can’t tell the difference between a whine and a backhanded mock, or if they’re just claiming a whine to try and score a cheap point, I’m not inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt here. And they’re the party organ for the DNC, so that’s two strikes against them.

Fairness Doctrine Will Level Playing Field?

Wednesday, May 16th, 2007

Found on the blog California Conservative;

franken2.jpg“That appears to be Howard Fineman’s contention in his latest column. Here’s a sampling of Fineman’s twisted logic:

Capitol Hill Democrats are planning a new drive for access elsewhere, on talk radio and local broadcast TV. The goal? To level the media playing field in time for the 2008 election.

Talk radio has long been a crucial power base for conservatives and Republicans; local TV stations are not.

They shy away from public-affairs programming altogether, and yet they rake in ever-larger wads of cash on political advertising.

Democrats have two media-access goals.

One is to prod local broadcast television and radio stations to renew their atrophied commitment to producing and airing their own public-affairs programming—shows that Democrats think would at least give them a chance to be heard. Some Democrats want to require stations to give free time for campaign debates, and even free campaign advertising as part of the stations’ “public-service” licensing requirement.

“Frankly, liberals’ attempts to get this passed will jumpstart the libertarian movement within the GOP. They’ll rightly see this as another liberal attempt to gut the First Amendment. Another hidden consequence of this is that it’ll remind conservatives just how important it is to put strict constructionist judges on the bench at all levels.”

No Free Speech for Gun Advocates

Tuesday, May 15th, 2007

guns4.jpg

Amazing, from the blog Stop the ACLU

In response to the Virginia Tech massacre, a student at Hamline university in Minnesota sent an email to university officials saying that it should allow licensed gun owners to carry their weapons on campus as that would help keep the students safe. The university response?

“Hamline officials took swift action. On April 23, Scheffler received a letter informing him he’d been placed on interim suspension. To be considered for readmittance, he’d have to pay for a psychological evaluation and undergo any treatment deemed necessary, then meet with the dean of students, who would ultimately decide whether Scheffler was fit to return to the university.Source

Convicted and punished without trial in a way that would do the old Soviet Union proud — as we have come to expect of American universities. And what Stalinist has ever respected free speech rights?

This must in fact be a proud day for American universities: In one fell swoop they have denied a man his right to free speech, his right to bear arms and his right to due process. A trifecta!

Sadly, the right to due process has long been denied to students by American universities — with predictable abuses following on from that. The vast injustice of such proceedings actually killed a student in the Plinton case

Leftist Thought Control

Monday, May 7th, 2007

libs2.jpg

By David Limbaugh - Human Events

The political left, which holds itself as progressive, rational and fact-based, is becoming an enemy of academic inquiry, and a practitioner of thought control on a wide variety of issues. Increasingly, from the left’s perspective, there is just one acceptable viewpoint.

Consider the subjects of evolution, global warming, special rights for homosexuals and abstinence education. Consider efforts of the left to silence conservative talk radio. Consider the mainstream media’s arrogant denial of its transparent liberal bias, pronouncing itself to be above politics and inherently objective and its critics somehow skewed.

Consider the leftist refrain that red-state conservatives do not merely possess a different worldview, but are not part of the “reality-based community.” Consider the near monolithic liberalism and secularism of our university faculties.

The U.S. House is expected to pass a landmark federal law that would expand hate crimes legislation to include attacks against lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender citizens.
Opponents argue that it’s conceivable under the bill that if a rabbi, priest or pastor reads to his congregation a passage from the Bible condemning homosexuality, he could be considered an accomplice to any parishioner who later commits a “hate crime” against a homosexual.

Democratic Congress Smacks Christians in the Face

Wednesday, May 2nd, 2007

hatecrime.jpgEye opening post, not getting much play on the news and in the blogsphere.

***

For years, conservative and religious groups have warned that the day was coming when political correctness would become a matter of legislation. They fretted over perceived threats to religious speech and political opinion speech posed by the imposition of the type of expression law that has become common around the world. Critics scoffed and called them “alarmists.”

But that day may be here tomorrow.

As if the bill itself weren’t insulting enough, the House Leadership has scheduled HR 1592, the “Hate Crimes Bill” of 2007 for a floor vote on Thursday, May 3, while Christians around the country are praying for America on the National Day of Prayer.

A greater irony is difficult to imagine.

This is a bill that is resolutely opposed by the Christian right, not only for its codification of what they consider the ridiculous notion of gender identity bias, but also for the brazen and insulting way in which it equates the alleged problems of homosexuals with the long and continuing history of racial discrimination.Around the world, similar legislation has resulted in the persecution of clergy and the faithful, threatening both the freedom of speech and the physical liberty of those prosecuted and jailed for “hate crimes” involving nothing more than religious speech.

Nutroots vs. Fox News

Monday, March 12th, 2007

democrats43.jpgHuman Events has this capsule of some of the commentary on the right blogsphere about the punk ass Democrats pulling out of the Fox News debate and the Ailes, Obama joke.
This is why I continually say the Democrats are a bunch of anti-free speech pussies.

If you are straight forward about your ideals, your message for the American voter you would not give a shit what network, what venue or what format your message originates from.
I swear Democrats are a bunch of fucken hand wringing, sniveling cowards.
I do think Fox should have seen this coming, but this is likely to do more damage to the reputation of Democrats than most in the party might think.

This hardly matters in the long run because thanks to great “A” list bloggers on the right, You Tube and other online resources the Democrats can run but they can’t hide.
Their ignorance and stupidity are sure to leak out at some point.

Democrats keep trying to discredit Fox and all this issue does is legitimize the network adding even more fuel to the “liberal media” ABC, NBC, CBS debate.

The Politico Reports:

The Nevada State Democratic Party is pulling out of a controversial presidential debate scheduled for Aug. 14 in Reno and co-hosted by Fox News, according to a letter released late Friday from state party chairman Tom Collins and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev).

The letter said Nevada Democrats had entered into the agreement with Fox, despite strong opposition from Democratic activist groups such as MoveOn.org, as a way of finding “new ways to talk to new people.”

But Collins and Reid wrote that comments on Thursday by FOX News Chairman and CEO Roger Ailes, when he jokingly compared Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama, the junior senator from Illinois, to Osama bin Laden, “went too far,” and prompted Nevada Democrats to end the partnership.

“We cannot, as good Democrats, put our party in a position to defend such comments,” the letter said. “In light of his comments, we have concluded that it is not possible to hold a presidential debate that will focus on our candidates and are therefore canceling our August debate. We take no pleasure in this, but it is the only course of action.”

Liberal crying for attention

Monday, February 19th, 2007

ragegurl2.jpgAh yes here is the whining liberal white gurl…

Your comment is 100% fictitious. You do NOT know me at all.

UPDATE: A reader sent this to me…

Somebody should tell Cammie Challender, Case Worker for B…….  of Douglas County (who has raised exactly
$469 of her $1000 goal for Bowl For Kids 2007), sometimes organizer of anti-war rallied in front of the county courthouse, occasional writer for the KU Alumni Mag and whose email is cchallender@….., anyone can find anyone on the internet.

“You don’t even know who I am” lasts 5 minutes, at best.

Rage Gurl likes to protest too

Okay, maybe I wasn’t polished. I hadn’t even seen the CSPAN video. I don’t even remember what I said.

HOWEVER, the reason for that is simple: I was angry. I was angry as I looked at SIX middle-aged white, rich Americans tell ME how they were changing politics and the media in America. I was overcome by my anger and probably not very articulate.

I had NO FUCKING CLUE that CSPAN was going to be at this event. NO CLUE.

Although this extra little diatribe is not worth responding to let me at least point this out.
Everybody in this area who knew about this event KNEW C-SPAN was covering it.
It was reported in the local and campus papers, on several web sites, on a couple of radio shows ect.
So not only do you have an ignorant and delusional individual you have a liar on top of that.

I had NO FUCKING CLUE that I was going to over-come my shy-ness and actually get up and say something to these people. It was only AFTER listening to them talk for 60 minutes about how different they are from mainstream media that I felt I HAD to say something.

I KNOW that there are minority blogs out there. I never said differently. But minority blogs are NOT nearly as popular as white, mainstream blogs are….TIMEOUT! WHILE I LAUGH, HE,  HE, HE, HE

Nor are minority blogs half as prevalent as richwhitemen blogs are.

You screw it up for the good liberals out there. I say on this blog all the time how really stupid liberals are and you are that shining example of why I find liberalism not only funny but dangerous.
I’m serious are you really that clueless and ignorant?

I had NO FUCKING clue I was going to get a word of coverage on instapundit.com because of what I have to say about bloggers. I have NO FUCKING CLUE how instapundit even found me.

So get off your high horse. I spend 40 hours a week helping poverty stricken children and adults make their lives a little better. Many of them are minorities. And I can personally guarantee you that they appreciate my help. I get nothing but praise and positive words from them all the time.

So FUCK OFF you ignorant minoritymale. Ooooooo she told me!!!!

iwg.jpg

This is a post from the retarded white girl on the “Blog to the Chief” video. This is the photo she took before the event.

She says in her caption “I’ll be on C-SPAN at some point.
I posted my comment on her blog http://camstar.vox.com/library/post/blog-to-the-chief.html,  but I doubt she will approve it. My rant is below.

Mainstream political bloggers freaking suck. What a bunch of egomaniacs. They are worse than politicians.

Ugh.

Wednesday night, Feb. 13, I traveled to the Dole Center and watched in horror as four rich (though several insisted to me that they are NOT wealthy; however, by world standards they ARE ALL disgustingly wealthy), middle-aged, white men and one, rich, middle-aged, white woman talked about political blogging and how blogging is changing America and how awesome bloggers really are!

Those individuals represented two Democratic Party perspectives (Jerome Armstrong of www.mydd.com and Joan McCarter, mcjoan, of www.dailykos.com) and three Republican Party perspectives (Patrick Hynes of www.anklebitingpundits.com, Scott W. Johnson of http://www.powerlineblog.com/, and  Erick-Woods Erickson of www.redstate.com).  ALL FIVE OF THEM SUCK HARDCORE.  AND the moderator of the event was yet ANOTHER RICH, MIDDLE-AGED, WHITE MAN.

All six of these individuals (FIVE RICHWHITEMEN annd ONE RICHWHITEWOMAN) are EXTREMELY well-educated and have led EXTREMELY privileged lives.

Bloggers suck. When I criticized their lack of diversity and lack of representation of the mainstream voting populace, one of the uber-crazy-conservative-republican bloggers said, “I can’t help the way I was born.” You’re RIGHT, you can’t help the way you were born BUT you CAN help those who weren’t born with the supreme privilege that you were by doing something besides typing stupid ass shit on your stupid ass bloggity blog.

The bloggers talked endlessly about how blogging is SO VERY VERY different from the mainstream media. They talked endlessly about how blogging is CHANGING politics in America.

Um, rich white people control the mainstream media. They also control the blogosphere. Rich, white men have ALWAYS controlled politics. What’s changing?  Any illusion that the average American is getting a voice through the blogosphere is a complete and total invention in their mind.

How many single mothers do you know that have the time or ability to blog about political events? How many mainstream working-class Americans do you know that have the time or ability to blog about political events?

Not only do many people not even have internet access at their homes, but many people do not have the TIME to sit around and type about stupid shit like what they think about the latest Bush speech. They’re too busy actually working and caring for their families to type shit on their freaking blog. UGH.

But only 11% of voters read blogs. And those 11% are probably already so politically involved that what they read is just fuel for their fire.

So I’m gonna be on CSPAN. I’ll be the belligerent girl yelling at the ignorant, self-important, narcissistic, worse-than-politicians bloggers.

***

You know I was all fired up to give you this angry Negro response to your jackass post and you retarded outburst at the program.
Being a Negro, I just want to tell you that the last thing I need is some out of touch, ignorant liberal white girl, save the world wannabee speaking for me and other darkies.
If you did your research you would find that not only are there lots of Negro bloggers on both sides of the political fence but there are lots of good ones.

Frankly more than that and something that anybody who comes here and read your diatribe should know is your outburst at the event was totally staged and not even sincere.

I found a photo that you took before the event that was posted on Flickr (sp?), if CSpan was not at the event you would not have even come to the event thus your retarded rant would not have even taken place. It was all staged as was this post so you can get some ink and get some attention.

So my anger was immediately replaced with pity.
This is typical ranting liberal nonsense, draw attention to yourself not because the issue was important but to make a spectacle of yourself and all you did was make people think you were nuts, which you are.

Blogs are no different than any other form of information if you don’t like it then either turn the channel or don’t go to the website.

A lot of us Negros have removed the “blame whitey” and “evil whitey” collar. Maybe you should too.

CODEPINK Honors Martin Luther King, Jr., who are they kidding!?

Monday, January 15th, 2007

code_pink_murder.jpgDear CODEPINKer,

Martin Luther King, Jr.’s tireless work for peace and non-violence continues to inspire our own work. In honor of his birthday today, we have put together a powerful Flash movie of Dr. King speaking out against war. His cautionary words are just as resonant now. We need to listen to him again with fresh ears, to keep his work for peace alive.

In 1966, King said “I’m still convinced there’s nothing more powerful to dramatize a social evil than the tramp tramp of marching people.”

In this last week alone, we have harnessed the power of marching people. We protested Guantanamo, both in the streets around the world, and outside the detention center itself. We disrupted Condoleeza Rice’s testimony. We took to the streets to stop Bush’s plan for escalation, to stop funding war and bring the troops home. Thanks to all of you who added your footsteps to the powerful tramp tramp of marching people across the globe.

On January 27, we will be taking our tramping feet to Washington DC to bring the Mandate for Peace to Congress and the Bush administration. Won’t you join us? The more people on the street, the more loudly our message will be heard.

Forty years ago at Riverside Church, people of conscience declared that “a time comes when silence is betrayal.

We are at the moment when our lives must be placed on the line if our nation is to survive its own folly. Every man of humane convictions must decide on the protest that best suits his convictions, but we must all protest,” King preached that day.

Let’s make our protest on January 27 powerful enough to stop the war. We can think of no better way to honor Martin Luther King, Jr.’s memory.

I tried to come up with something to post today but why bother. I had the day off so I just rested and played my video game.
This is what MLK day has come down to as far as I’m concerned.
White liberals use it to promote their own tired ass rhetoric.

Liberal thuggery at Ball State U.

Thursday, November 9th, 2006

From Michelle Malkin

What is it about David Horowitz that makes college students so unhinged? Once again, he was physically attacked on his way to give a campus lecture. From the Ball State University student paper in Indiana:

freespeech1.gifTwo people are under arrested after one, clad in a black mask and hooded sweatshirt, attempted to throw a cream pie at David Horowitz, University Police Department Sgt. John Foster said. Police Chief Gene Burton stepped between the two, Foster said.

Later, four students who wished to remain unnamed projected “Horowitz not Welcome” onto the south side of Teachers College.

The attackers were members of Students for a Democratic Society, according to The Horse’s Mouth.

The students took their cue from the university’s administration, which vocally opposed his presence:

Signs link Dems to terror and illegal immigrants (well duh it’s the truth)

Thursday, November 2nd, 2006

M-Theuriau-democrat1.jpg

By LORI RODRIGUEZ and ERIC HANSON
Houston Chronicle - Link

Fort Bend County Democrats are irate about campaign signs linking Democrats to illegal immigrants and terrorists, but the Republican county commissioner who paid for them said they accurately reflect Democratic positions.

Early voters in the heart of the heated race to succeed former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay were greeted Wednesday with red and white signs that read: “Want more illegals? Vote Democrat” and “Encourage Terrorists. Vote Democrat.”

By midafternoon, outraged Democrats had removed the signs but not the acrimony.

“This is a majority minority county where Hispanics, blacks and Asians make up about 60 percent of the population,” said Don Bankston, campaign coordinator for the Democratic Party in Ford Bend County.

“This is an appeal to fear, racism and prejudice, and that is wrong.”

The “Encourage Terrorists” sign was placed near the early-voting location at Macario Garcia Middle School, named after a World War II Medal of Honor winner. Principal Viretta West summarily removed it.

Precinct 3 Fort Bend County Commissioner Andy Meyers acknowledged paying $2,800 to the Republican Victory Committee PAC for 75 signs that tied Democrats to terrorists, higher taxes and illegal immigration.

“All I am doing is repeating what the leadership of the Democratic Party’s position is. So I am not sure why they would be upset about that,” Meyers said.

Harris County Republican Chairman Jared Woodfill said the core message behind the signs reflected the GOP position that Democrats are more lenient on homeland security issues and illegal immigration.

“I may not agree with how they framed their message, but the positions are correct,” Woodfill said.

The campaigns of Democrat Nick Lampson and Republican Shelley Sekula-Gibbs, battling for DeLay’s seat, walked a fine line in disavowing the signs.

“Numerous parents from Garcia Middle School called and asked for the signs to be removed because they didn’t want their kids subjected to that sort of hatefulness outside their school,” Lampson spokesman Mike Malaise said. “This isn’t helping the other side win votes.”

Lisa Dimond, Sekula-Gibbs’ campaign manager, had not seen the signs.

“I can’t control or comment on what anyone might do,” she said. “If someone wants to help out our campaign we tell them how to educate voters to vote for Shelley.”

“Message of hate causes protest on campus” boo freaken hoo

Thursday, October 26th, 2006

This was the front page story in the Kansan, KU newspaper.
Apparently some dudes were preaching some anti-gay stuff, ho hum…
What was interesting that over a thousand students pissed off a part of their day to give these dudes some grief.
I find it odd, with the crap being perpetrated in the media about Rush and the Michael J. Fox scam ad, as being “hateful”, the Harold Ford ad being “racist” and now you have these student bitching and moaning about someone else exercising “free speech.”
My anger may be exacerbated by the fact that I am in an exceedingly fucked up mood, but I am so sick of fucken liberals and their wining and bitching and moaning.
These idiot students obviously did not have the fucken common sense to just leave these people alone.
These dudes got what they came for, an audience!
But I find it ironic that liberals keep constantly talking about how they are people who believe in free speech and don’t engage in hateful rhetoric.
They are documented in thousands of pictures with “we hate Bush”, “Kill Christians” “Kill Jesus if he returns”, Bush is a “punk ass”
Ah hell, although I love blogging there are just some days that I wonder why I bother with all the keystrokes ranting about liberals.
It tis obvious that much of their stupidity is innate.

kuprotest1.jpg

From the University of Kansas, Kansan

Students cursed, screamed at, spit on, threw eggs at and chucked Bibles toward two men who spoke on Wescoe Beach Wednesday with a message that homosexuals, Jews, Muslims, people who masturbate and people who listen to rap or rock and roll music are going to hell.

More than one thousand students gathered around Michael Venyah and Chris Lemieux on Wescoe Beach at the height of the disagreement. The two men, both in their 30s, wore red T-shirts with yellow writing that said “No Homos go to Heaven -1 Corinthians 6:9-10” on the front and “All Homos go to Hell -Corinthians 6:9-10” on the back. Lemieux said the two men from Michigan had been preaching at colleges for two years.

Students stood shoulder-to-shoulder, filling the front steps and the patio of Wescoe Beach. Most laughed at Venyah’s remarks or yelled back at him. Several times the chant “Let’s love, not hate” echoed through the crowd. Several students said they had missed class to see the protest.

At one point two women broke from the crowd and ground against one another and against Venyah as he spoke. A few students waved condoms and hot dogs in his face, others held signs in front of him, blocking his view of the crowd. People in the crowd held signs with things like “God hates Books” and “I ate chili for lunch” written on them. Venyah was constantly surrounded by students asking him questions or trying to disrupt his message.

The men began speaking about 10:30 Wednesday morning and stayed until 3:30 in the afternoon. Some of the things Venyah said included, “Tupac and Biggie Smalls are in hell,” and “You people don’t obey Christ, you obey your lust.”

Sarcastic shouts from students could be heard throughout the crowd. One student yelled, “We’re all going to hell and then we’re all going to Disneyland!”

Cameron Baraban, Overland Park freshman squirted ketchup packets on Venyah’s shirt as he spoke. “Anything to deface the lie that’s on his shirt,” he said. “His message is driven by hate.”

Lemieux, who video taped Venyah, but didn’t preach himself, said they were with a group called Soulwinners Ministries International. According to the group’s Web site, Venyah founded the group with his wife Tamika in 2004. Lemieux said she usually preached too, but couldn’t be there yesterday.protest16.jpg

“This is our job,” Lemieux said. He said God provided for them as they preached their message at colleges across the country.

Liney Pugh, Washington, D.C., freshman said, “I think it’s really wrong to preach hate like they do.” Pugh and another girl approached Venyah together and kissed “just to piss him off.” She said Venyah then called her a whoremonger.

Lemieux said he thought they had converted 30-40 people to Christianity in the two years they had been preaching at colleges. He said he believed homosexuals were harming Jesus Christ by sinning against him.

“Most homosexuals don’t believe what they’re doing is a sin and most people in society don’t believe homosexuality is a sin,” Lemieux said. He said telling people they were going to hell helped them to develop a fear of the Lord.

Lemieux said someone preached to him and told him he was going to hell, turning him into a Christian.

291.jpgRenee Burnett, a Kansas City, Kan., junior who is bisexual, said she thought the idea that God wanted homosexuals to burn in hell was absolutely wrong. She stood across from Venyah holding a rainbow flag with several other students. “I came here to stand up for the people I love,” she said.

Spencer Davidson, Linwood freshman, is a Christian. He said he disagreed with Venyah and Lemeieux’s message, but he also disagreed with KU students’ response to the men.

“They’re giving him what he wants by making this into a big event,” Davidson said. “By calling him things like a bigoted asshole, they’re not countering his argument at all and it’s not doing anything to help the Christian community or to help people reach Christ.”

Can we talk?

Monday, October 23rd, 2006

Columbiathugs1.jpgBy Thomas Sowell - Townhall.com

There are very few saints among people of any race, religion, national origin, or sexual orientation. None should be above criticism.

Increasingly, however, there are tighter and tighter restrictions on what you can say about more and more groups. San Francisco radio talk show host Pete Wilson discovered this recently when he criticized a city Supervisor and his female friend — but not lover — who had a baby together.

The man is gay and the woman is a lesbian, so they are not lovers in a committed relationship.

Raising a child is no piece of cake, even when the parents are married and committed to staying together. Raising a child where there is no stable, committed relationship may be cutting edge stuff but Pete Wilson’s point was that a child is not an experiment.

The same could be said of heterosexuals like the woman who recently had a baby in her sixties. That’s great for making a splash in the media but what is going to happen when the baby becomes a teenager and the mother’s energy level has declined with age, if she is still around at all?

The real issue, however, is neither heterosexual or homosexual, and it extends even beyond the important question of the best interests of the child.

The larger question for American society is, as Joan Rivers has often said: “Can we talk?”

Political bigwigs in San Francisco say “No.” They are demanding that Pete Wilson resign. In San Francisco, no one is supposed to criticize anything done by homosexuals.

Moreover, this attitude is not confined to San Francisco or to gays. On the other side of the country, Columbia University students stormed the stage when one of the Minuteman critics of our lax immigration laws was trying to speak.

At many other colleges and universities, he would not even have been allowed on campus in the first place. Many campuses have speech codes where it is called creating a “hostile environment” if you say things that make various racial, sexual, or other protected groups unhappy.

Young people educated at our most prestigious colleges and universities are learning the lesson that storm trooper tactics can silence those who are not in vogue on campus, and honest expressions of opinion about issues involving anything from affirmative action to women in the military can get you suspended if you refuse the humiliation and hypocrisy of being “re-educated.”

Meanwhile, liberals in Congress have long been advocating a return to the so-called “fairness” doctrine requiring “balance” in broadcasting. Talk radio is overwhelmingly conservative simply because liberal talk radio has failed repeatedly to attract comparable-sized audiences.

The listeners have spoken but the politicians want to overrule them. Some call it “hush Rush” legislation.

“Fairness” here, as in so many other contexts, means nothing more and nothing less than the exercise of arbitrary power by third parties, since everyone has a different definition of what “fairness” means.

Free speech is not a luxury but a necessity if we are to hear the various sides of issues before we decide what to do.

It is not a question of Pete Wilson’s rights or even of the rights of all the people who speak or write on public issues. Such people are not even ten percent of the population and probably not even one percent.

Their individual rights matter. But among the pressing problems of our time, their interests alone rank far down the list.

Free speech rights exist for the whole society, not for writers and speakers. When you say that we can hear only what a growing number of censors want us to hear, you are condemning us to grope in the dark when making all sorts of decisions — about ourselves, our families and the future of our society.

Whether Pete Wilson’s opinion was right or wrong is a very small issue compared to blinding us all for the sake of political correctness. Can we talk? Apparently, for some people, the answer is “No.”

YouTube blocked video mocking Clinton administration

Thursday, October 12th, 2006

Another of countless examples that liberals don’t believe in free speech. These socialist bastards only believe in one thing. OUR MESSAGE AND OUR MESSAGE ONLY!

ZuckerVideo.jpg

From World News Daily - Link

The popular video-sharing YouTube site, which is being purchased by Google for $1.65 billion, limited access to a political ad that mocks the Clinton administration’s policy on North Korea, but contains no profanity, nudity or other factors generally thought objectionable.

The company announced a “flagging” policy change just this week, about the time that a controversial spoof by Republican filmmaker David Zucker depicting former Secretary of State Madeline Albright as a cheerleader for Islamic terrorists started appearing with a warning page in front, requiring verification that a viewer is 18 before the video will appear.

The short film by Zucker, who worked with “Scary Movie 4,” “Airplane!” and other comedies, reportedly had been offered to the Republican Party for use as an ad, but it was declined. Then it appeared on the Drudge Report and also on YouTube.

However, after a brief period of accessibility, the verification page started appearing on YouTube. It asked that: “This video may contain content that is inappropriate for some users, as flagged by YouTube’s user community. To view this video, please verify you are 18 or older by logging in or signing up.” Today the verification page on the spoof was removed.

Some other YouTube videos on stripping or other explicit activities have similar advisories; some don’t. But the campaign video doesn’t contain any of those typically objectionable items.

It contains depictions and references to Albright and North Korea’s Kim Jong-Il, with Albright presenting the dictator with a basketball, and later singing Kum Ba Yah. At the same time terrorists are sneaking past in the background or foreground.

The audio tells that, “Making nice to our enemies will not make them nice to us,” and, “Some people think terrorists will change their ways if we only show them our good intentions.”

The video continues, “But evil exists. History teaches that evil needs to be confronted. Evil dictators will be evil dictators no matter what we do.

“The security of the U.S. is not a game. Can we afford a party that treats it like one?” is how the video concludes.

YouTube’s newest posting about such “flagging” came just a few days ago, as the political ad was making the rounds.

Maryrose, of The YouTube Team, said if any video viewer flags a video as inappropriate, it is forwarded to a queue for the company’s customer support team to review.

“Videos are NEVER automatically removed simply because they’ve been flagged,” Maryrose said. “Every single flagged video is reviewed by someone at YouTube who then determines if the video contains material that is against our terms of use.”

If videos are flagged, viewers must sign in to watch.

And, the company said, sometimes flagged videos follow the companies guidelines, but “are not quite appropriate for all YouTube users. This could be due to a number of things – profanity, violence, adult content etc.”

However, the political video contained none of those ingredients unless satire also could be considered objectionable.

“The closest thing to an explicit image in the ad is a scene in which ‘Albright’ bends over and her skirt tears a bit in the seat, hardly the stuff that sets FCC commissioners’ hearts aflutter,” said a comment from Matthew Sheffield on Newbusters.org.

The commentator noted that YouTube has “dismembered conservative and politically incorrect speech” in the past, pulling videos critical of Islam and even banning popular conservative blogger Michelle Malkin, who is also a WND commentator.

Sexually suggestive videos were found on the site unblocked, as were entire episodes of television shows. So was a clip from a movie featuring the assassination of a future president, in “Death of a President.”

“Perfectly OK to show our soldiers getting killed, but they’ll be damned if they allow that ani-democrat ad,” added “Spaceman Spiff.” “This [is] very scary to me. However, not surprising. But, now that they are owned by Google, we’ll certainly be seeing a lot more of this censoring.”

Google has come under its own criticism for holding an anti-conservative or anti-Republican agenda. It has been criticized in the past, according to a WND report for hosting “Paiderastia: The Boy Love Revival” site on its weblog.

It has in the past censored various Christian-themed ads, but allowed porn ads. In the past it’s produced “President Bush” when searchers hunt for “miserable failure.”

And a Google search for “liar” produced as the top choice a site for a biography for British Prime Minister Tony Blair, a close ally with President Bush in the war on terror.

Sheffield said he believes the intention of YouTube’s “censorship squad” was to limit access. Even though the same video may be available somewhere else, such as the Drudge Report, “lots of non-political and moderate folks don’t read Drudge, but they might hear about the video from a friend and try to look it up in the search engine, only to be foiled in their attempts to decide whether it was truly ‘objectionable.’”

jdhawk noted that Rush Limbaugh has been doing acerbic lampoons of “the Defeatocrats” for some time. “They are not only hilarious, but get right to the point. Of course, one can only visualize a scene when listening to one of his barbed zingers. Zucker has done to video what Rush has been doing to the audio genre. It can only be hoped that the RNC sees its way to release Zucker’s work to a wider audience.”

Bloggers also reported that the Council on American Islamic Relations has in the past taken steps to have anti-radical Islamist videos pulled from the YouTube site, and Malkin said she was told her video was pulled because it was “inappropriate.”

The New York Times even was critical of the censorship of Malkin’s piece, titled “First They Came,” which talked of authors, politicians and filmmakers who had been made targets by Islamists.

“This is not to suggest that Ms. Malkin’s video would not be particularly offensive to some people. There is little that Ms. Malkin says or does that is not. But it is hard to imagine what YouTube hopes to gain by punting such content, or what sort of uphill rhetoric battle it is setting itself up for when it does so,” the Times report said.

One blogger immediately responded: “Michelle Malkin offends people who spend every waking minute, and probably a significant portion of their dreams, scouring the universe for reasons to be offended. You only get the big target on your back from the MSM when you’re conservative and you’re scoring points on them with impunity. Go Michelle! “

Free Speech for Liberals ONLY!

Monday, October 9th, 2006

freespeech1.gifWow this is very timely. Recently we had Leonard Pitts visit the University of Kansas Campus. His topic was about Civil Liberties after 9/11. (I strongly recommend especially those on the right to listen to this lecture, link on top of blog)   The topic is not what matters.
It was the tone of Mr. Pitts that was a bit disturbing as he lectured and maligned right leaning types comparing them to ignorant little children.
But then you have this Hot Air segment highlighting the contempt liberals have for differing points of views and how suppressing conservative and Republican points of view is their goal and mission.
While Pitts is free to mock and malign conservative types, when Coulter visited the campus last year ignorant ass liberal types take it upon themselves to protect the rest of us from the evils of right leaning ideology.
Over the weekend I watched an episode of Tony Brown’s Journal on PBS.
Until this particular episode I had a great deal of respect of Mr. Brown.
The topic of this particular show, “What is it that prevents the Republican Party from attracting a large black vote?” Joseph Watkins, a member of the Republican National Committee’s African American Advisory Board, was to give his perspective on the question and offers some solutions. But that was hardly the case.
In all the years I have watched Tony Brown I have never personally seen him interrupt and chastise a guest like he did on this episode.
Mr. Watkins point is simple, one that I have made to individuals for years.
It’s is not logical for blacks to vote in the 90th percentile for the Democrat Party.
Blacks have far more in common with conservative ideology than they do liberals ideology.
But forget about that. If you are a black individual and you have voted your entire life for a single political entity, basically giving your vote away to a party that neither appreciates it, nor respects it and you have noticed little or no change to your situation or circumstances why would you continue to give your vote away to that representative party?
No other social or ethnic group has such a disparity (90%-10%) in voting.
Common sense would tell you that any ethnic group should split that vote, no matter what part of the country you are from or what your social or economic status is.
Blacks have been conditioned to believe that a specific political ideology/party specifically has their best interest at heart when nothing can be further from the truth.
In this episode, Mr. Brown would not allow Mr. Watkins to make that connection.
Why is that?
I believe that individuals like Mr. Brown and other black folks “in the know” are paid for by the Democratic Party to keep that ignorance at the forefront amongst black voters.

Do I believe that black individuals who are political pundits, columnist, individuals in the medial with social status and “access” are paid political fodder to keep the liberal Democrat propaganda machine running full bore? Absolutely!
Why are black conservative types portrayed as evil as a ghetto Neno Brown drug pushing thug?
If there isn’t financial incentives and access to the good life then what is it?
Ask yourself, if 20 percent of blacks voted Republican, would it not be nearly impossible for any Democrats to win an election anywhere?
Blacks have far greater control of the direction of political politics than any other ethnic group. How else do you explain people like Jessie Jackson and other silly ass black Democrats getting the kind of attention they do.
Keep black folks stupid, by any means necessary.
This explains liberals’ ridiculous behaviors at lectures, on talk shows on liberal blogs and other websites.
I have said more times than I can remember, I welcome opening the floor to liberals ideals and rants. I read many times over, liberals angst in editorials, blogs and lectures like Pitts.  And what continues to be clearer and clearer each day I process liberal nonsense is that I feel secure and grounded in my beliefs.
People like myself scare them, so keeping the truth or another point of view from people is their best weapon.
The ridiculous whining chants of campus liberals, the disrespectful tone of talk show hosts or the rants of a newspaper columnist can nor will shake my beliefs or resolve.
What are you liberal afraid of, LET THEM SPEAK!

Columbia U.: Campus gone wild
Ivy League brownshirts
Gilchrist ambush liveblogged
NYSun; WashTimes
Flashback: Berkeley mob

WATCHhotair2.JPGHERE

Crazy at Columbia - Washington Times

The scene is all too familiar by now: A conservative gets threatened with violence for trying to speak at an Ivy League campus.
This time the conservative was Jim Gilchrist, founder of the border-watching Minuteman Project, invited by the Columbia College Republicans to talk immigration Wednesday night. Just moments into his talk at the Manhattan school’s Roone Arledge Auditorium, two students from the International Socialist Organization climbed the stage to unfurl a banner reading “No one is illegal!” Then half a dozen or more fevered militants rushed the stage, fists waving, in a bid to intimidate.
Within moments security officers ushered Mr. Gilchrist and colleagues Marvin Stewart and Jerome Corsi — yes, that Jerome Corsi, of “swift-boating” fame — off the stage. Loud voices began chanting in Spanish “Si se pudo” — “Yes, it could be done” — drowning out any possibility of discussion. No one was reported to be hurt, thankfully. The rowdy students were neither removed by security nor arrested; instead, the speakers were ushered out.
So much for reasoned debate and free speech. Conservatives tolerate people like Ward Churchill, Cindy Sheehan and others who espouse their ideas on students around the country every day — without anything remotely resembling such intimidation.
Columbia’s officials announced that the events are “under active investigation, so “it is premature to make any official statement regarding facts that are yet to be confirmed.” Not so fast. The video circulating around the Internet late last week confirms that threats of violence warranting discipline had taken place. Why couldn’t the university promise to discipline the stage-stormers?
Its own press release makes the case. “The University deplores the disruption that took place last night at the ‘Minutemen Forum’ sponsored by the Columbia College Republicans at Alfred Lerner Hall… This much is a matter of core principle at Columbia: The freedom to speak, to pursue ideas, and to hear and evaluate viewpoints totally objectionable to our own is an essential value of this university and, indeed, of our civil society.”
Columbia officials must demonstrate a real commitment to free speech by showing that people who threaten violence and break the rules get punished. Otherwise, this is just empty rhetoric.
