Offending Islam… AGAIN!?
More irritating whining Muslim discrimination crap! from Neal Nuze
Two Muslim girls in Dearborn, Michigan (America’s Muslim Mecca) are upset because they claim they can’t get a job at a local McDonald’s due to their headscarves. The girls said they were told they couldn’t wear their hijabs because “it gets too hot back there.” Toi Whitfield and Quiana Pugh filed a lawsuit against McDonald’s, the owner of the local franchise and its unnamed manager. They want $10 million for being “hurt and disturbed.” And as if that isn’t good enough, they are also considering filing civil rights complaints with the federal and state governments.
Naturally, the Council on American-Islamic Relations has something to say about this. Dawud Yabba Dabba Ding Dong Walid, (lol!) the executive director of Michigan’s chapter of CAIR, says, “It is extremely disturbing that such discrimination could take place at a location which does not mind collecting Muslim dollars, yet places restriction on Muslim women who wear hijab.”

Discrimination?
McDonald’s has constraints upon how it employees dress that are *not* religiously motivated. It is *not* discrimination.
Some Christians feel persecuted when non-Christians enjoy the same liberties as others and now some Muslims feel persecuted when they must abide by the same secular rules as all others.
If you find your faith to be too burdensome a activity, it is not the fault of anyone buy yourself.
