I had lunch with my father today (not a common event) and he was telling me about a conversation he had yesterday with his rabidly liberal girl friend (he’s allowed a girl friend since my mother is deceased). They were discussing the NY Post’s refusal to carry certain op ed pieces of McCain’s on the grounds that he kept saying the same thing over and over again, so it was no longer news worthy. My dad pointed out that they were still running all of Obama’s articles, which upon reflection was probably in keeping with that policy because he keeps changing what he thinks/says all the time. Said girl friend hung up on my dad at this point.
Funny how liberals want to freely complain, point out flaws, moan, whine and otherwise state their opinions to any and all, but seriously object to anyone who disagrees with them doing the same thing. So much for liberal meaning “open minded.”
