Ego trippin - Obama Still Using Variation on Presidential Seal
He along with the rest of the people in his campaign are a bunch of ego maniacs because they truly see themselves as the American liberators of tyranny and oppression perpetrated by the evil Bush regime.
The Obama folks I know had seriously swelled heads before they went to work with the dude and now that he is likely on the brink of conning the white liberal masses into giving him the keys to the Oval office shit dude is likely to want a Rocky type statue on the top of the Capital steps.

Not quite the same seal [right] that caused such an outpouring of ridicule when Obama broke it out last month that the candidate was forced to yank it, but a variation in which the key element—an eagle clutching an olive branch in its right talons and arrows in its left—is still plainly visible.
Let’s see. Current list, and still counting, in the pantheon of Obama’s broken promises:
- I could never disown Reverend Wright.
- I’ll filibuster any bill that includes retroactive immunity for telecommunications companies.
- I’ll take public financing for my campaign.
- I’ll meet with Ahmadinejad without preconditions.
- I’ll hammer Mexico and Canada to renegotiate NAFTA under threat of unilateral abrogration.
- I won’t use that presidential seal again.
Will Obama defend his latest tangle with the truth by claiming “it depends on what the meaning of ’seal’ is”?
Will the MSM report the matter?

Looks like that “inevitableness” bug is contagious…
One thing is certain - he’s in it for the personal power.
If he were really concerned about the ‘issues’ and ‘platforms’, he’d save the country some time & effort, drop out & support McCain - who seems to be every bit as Left as Obama is anyway.

You know what, I think BO had big political power aspirations way back in his life. Most Harvard graduates (who aren’t trust fund babies in the first place) who “put themselves through college” have huge debts to pay off and/or want to climb to high income levels ASAP. It’s one of the reasons they go to Harvard in the first place. So when it’s done, they get hired by the huge law firms or corporations, and make tons of money. But BO did not take that route. His ads brag about that fact. Instead, so the ads tell us, he opted to go help “the people.” That kind of far thinking far reaching decision shows me that he had a plan to run for VERY high office, early on. He knew it would look far better to go that route then to detour off into the normal routes followed by Harvard law students who were editors of their law reviews. He had a plan in mind that called for him looking less money grubbing and more Presidential. That’s planning ahead, with an ego to match.
