Hi Snoop! I visited your blog for the first time yesterday (from a link I-know-not-where), but I stayed a while and really enjoyed reading your posts. You’ll be a regular on my daily blog reads. In fact, hopefully, you can get ready for some additional input because I just posted a comment that included a quote from one of your posts and a link to your site over at Michelle Malkin. It’s the June 27 “Human Arrogance” story. I just loved it. I think you’re a good writer, make interesting points, and are pretty funny too! Anyway, I hope you get some positive interaction with comments from Malkin readers and your site counter rockets.
Thanks for visiting1
I’m not sure how good a “writer” I am but I am an opinionated SOB and sometimes I manage to string a reasonable cohesive thought together.
Welcome to the hood!
Thanks for giving my darling husband good press Sylvia. And BTW, my recently dearly departed best-friend was named Sylvia, so now you have TWO things in your favor, your name and your taste in bloggers!! LOL. Welcome!
Mrs. Snoop, I’m very sorry to hear about the loss of your best friend. Of course I think she must have been a lovely person because of her very lovely name. ;-)
There aren’t that many Sylvias around these days. I’m still thankful to mom for giving me that name — it always seemed to me a bit old fashioned, rare, and slightly exotic. In my younger days I imagined I matched that recipe nicely, but as I’ve gotten older, I think there’s a little less exotic each year and a lot more old fashioned. Rare . . . hmm, maybe still.
And Snoop, opinionated SOBs who can string together cohesive thoughts into readable sentences are way more interesting (and also rare) than the average flat-affect know-nothings or the run-of-the-mill all-cap-all-the-time flaming idiots. You’re a definite way station in my incessant search for intelligent blogs — of the conservative kind. Hehehe.
