					<description>I think the idea of abandoning partisanship is a good one. It doesn't mean abandoning ideals. The problem with partisanship is that partisans put the good of their party ahead of the good of the people. If our politicians were more concerned with the actual issues than these partisan pissing matches, it would be good for everyone. This partisan system is broken and I think it's far beyond repair. I may be radical in saying this, but I think it's time to do away with these parties and force politicians to actually stand for something other than these two dueling organizations.</description>
