Bush backs Mexico, rapist-murderer
Jose Medellin confessed in 1993 to participating in the rape and murder of two Houston teenagers. Jennifer Ertman and Elizabeth Pena were sodomized and strangled with their shoe laces. Medellin bragged about keeping one girl’s Mickey Mouse watch as a souvenir of the crime.Medellin and four others were convicted of capital murder and sent to Texas’ death row. A juvenile court sentenced Medellin’s younger brother, who was 14 at the time, to 40 years in prison.
The intervention in the case by the Bush administration comes after the International Court of Justice found Medellin was not informed of his right to contact the Mexican Consulate for legal assistance.
That, according to the Hague, was a violation of a 1963 treaty known as the Vienna Convention.

It’s sad that we go out of our way to observe the rights of Medellin, while forgetting that he more than denied his victims any kind of rights while they were gang raped for an hour before they were killed.
How many more Americans need be victimized by criminals just so the Mexican government can enjoy the social safety valve called the US-Mexico border? They just send us their poor, their undesirables; our people are robbed, raped, murdered, killed by drunk drivers, and our taxes are sucked up by people who now expect and demand we support them.
Enough of the technicalities. Get em’ outta here.

While I do agree that’s just fucked up–I have no mercy whatsoever for rapists–I think that what would be politically proper is for Mexico to say “take him away (en espanol)” and we stand by his conviction. I think that the Mexican government should retroactively extradite him. Question is, how many American citizens get their jollies breaking laws on that side of the border? We should give them (the Mexican Government) the same respect, regarding that stupid ass treaty, that we expect for American–criminal–citizens. As far as what the American legal system should do regarding that treaty…what has Mexico said about him? If they intercede, we deport him. No retrial. We had a trial already. We ban him from ever entering the United States again and demand that the Mexican government keep tabs on this piece of shit for the rest of his life. If he happens to enter the United States again, legally or illegally, we execute him. I’m not a supporter of the death penalty, but damn I hate rapists. If he re-enters the US, he doesn’t get appeals. Appeals are for citizens and people who don’t confess. If he wasn’t pulling this bs, he’d only be dealing with a prison bid–getting sodomized and shanked. I think of the execution business as a deterrent to his return. Generally I think that anyone on US territory deserves the right of a fair trial and a reasonable number of appeals. But if you have the audacity to confess to a heinous crime, and then appeal anyway on some stupid technicality that doesn’t deny your original confession, then fuck off. You earned your fate.
I also think that reducing the Mexican (legal or illegal) population to poor, raping, murdering, alcoholic thieves is UNBELIEVABLY racist and quite the parallel of misconceptions of the black population. You’re walking on ideological glass there, sir. Ideological glass.

Chris while I understand where you are coming from:
http://www.immigrationshumancost.org/
Now the quote in the post was not mine but I agree.
The fact is because of Mexico’s over the top corruption and the fact that the Mexican government ENCOURAGES it’s poor to come here, the majority of those Mexicans coming here are the poorest of the poor and the worst of that society.
You don’t have to take my word for it, but there are countless examples of illegals engaging in identity theft, operating businesses without licenses, as the site address I provided numerous examples of heinous crimes and drinking and driving fatalities by illegals.
Take a trip to L.A, Mexicans run L.A and the gangs there are responsible for a significant percentage of the crime there.
You are late to this blog, so I’ll repeat, I have NO problem with legal immigration and I have no problem with the world best coming here to make a better life for themselves which I believe in turn makes this society better, doing the hard work to become an American citizen, ever seen a naturalization ceremony, one of the most moving ceremonies and I believe every American should attend one at least once.
However I’m sick of the illegal criminal element wanting to come to this country and turn it into Azlatan. Illegal voting, manipulating our society for their own benefit, making the taxpayers pay for their health care resources, education and welfare benefits.
And don’t get me started on the fact that again most of these Mexicans are coming here as poor and uneducated, it’s a far cry from Asians in particular or individuals from other countries who are making education a priority, thereby setting themselves up to be strong independent citizens.
Manufacturing, construction and other blue collar jobs are now impossible for black folks to get now.
I did a post awhile back about black men who were forced out of high paying jobs in construction and manufacturing in Cali directly affected by illegal immigration.
Mrs. Snoop can attest, during our trip to L.A, we virtually saw no black people working anywhere. Let me repeat ANYWHERE, I was born in L.A I have family there. Black folks who were in key political positions in L.A. were forced out by Mexicans.
You can call it racist if you want, but growing up in Oakland black folks and Mexicans never EVER got along and the warning signs of illegal Mexicans were brewing back then in the late 70’s. They didn’t like me and I didn’t like them, hence my (slight) bitterness.
Am I biased, sure I am, again this is an example of simply being older and seeing the trends. Now am I worried that a Mexican is going to take my job, no. But judging by the parades, the rhetoric from groups like LaRaza, simple examples like that business flying the fucken Mexican flag above the American flag, As far as I’m concerned their goal is to create Azlatan not to help create a better America.
