Oh, and um . . .you’re pretty damned inchoherent, but did you just say that the concept of separation of state and religion was something the Founding Fathers picked up from Native Americans? Did the European invasion fuck shit up for Native Americans? Oh, most indubitably. Abraham Lincoln is one of the bloodiest immoral bastards in history. That’s what history *is*– one group of people fucking over another.
But when the F.F. wrote the Constitution, they weren’t taking cues about politics *or* religion from the Natives, for one thing because the racist old white men didn’t recognize Natives as having anything that could be defined as either. Oh, and you know what? People who write the laws pretty much get to call people who break them “criminals”. That’s kind of the point of words like “law” and “criminal”.
