The theory, it seems, is that b/c of this defeat, more Latin American voters then ever before will turn out to vote Dem. Oh, and supposedly Hillary has a plan that would allow any illegal who elludes capture/detection for 5+ years to be immune from deportation thereafter. Lovely.
