“Good man. Snoop pissed me off yesterday (my Ron Paul rant)  something fierce, to the point I considered writing him an email, or never reading the poop again…”

bin Laden himself said: “And as I looked at those demolished towers in Lebanon, it entered my mind that we should punish the oppressor in kind and that we should destroy towers in America in order that they taste some of what we tasted and so that they be deterred from killing our women and children…the events of September 11th came as a reply to those great wrongs…”

El Borak: “What the argument is not about is whether America deserved it, and that’s not what Paul is saying. What he is saying is that our bombing of and sanctions against Muslims, our troops in the Middle East, and our support of Israel are bound to create (and did create) just this sort of blowback. In short, he’s saying that our long-standing policy of meddling in the Middle East is liable to and did underlie the reasons for 9/11.

Ok we dropped two nukes on Japan…and we put Japanese in camps and stripped them of well…..everything!… so when should America expect retaliation? Just askin!
Well we do have Toyota kicking the shit out of Ford and GM. Economic retaliation is a bitch!

El Borak’s latest comment:

“I for one will NEVER stop reading Snoop, especially if he pisses me off. The only blogs I give up on are those that cease to engage me, and Snoop never has a problem doing that. But he’s still wrong on this one.”

“if people want to believe it more likely that Muslims are killing themselves over our unveiled women* than our unleashed war machine, there’s not muchO I can do about that. Such a position is comforting because it, as Terry notes, “avoids the necessity of self-examination and making changes at home.” Not to mention it plays well in the primaries.”

However this is the problem my friend, you are saying the WE need to change and examine our way of thinking, while Muslims teach their children to hate in the name of Allah. More Blowback I guess.
