Union Parish Superintendent Judy Mabry would say only that the allegations were being investigated; Principal Frank Futch said the incident was not indicative of how the school is run.

First-year teacher Michael Walker, who teaches fifth- through eighth-grade English, said three students were either expelled or sent to an alternative school and two others got detention.

Students at the kindergarten through 12th grade school are unruly, disrespectful and rarely disciplined, Walker said.

“They cuss at the teachers and throw things at them, and nothing is done,” Walker said. “There was even one student who grabbed a teacher in the butt and nothing was done. The students run the school.”

Last night’s cartoon followed the format of “24,” complete with triple and quadruple split-screen video, deciphering of terrorist clues online, and even a digital clock dramatically counting down crucial seconds.

The storyline featured Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y., unknowingly hosting a nuclear device inside her – well, body.

Reaction to the cartoon is now trickling in on the Net.

Even while poking fun at her, the [”South Park”] creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker were very considerate to the New York senator. Remembering how caught up Hillary is in her being overweight … she was built rather out of proportion in the episode with her rear end about three times larger than her head. They did manage to make fun of her terrible attempt at a Southern accent. We can’t help but wonder how the woman with an absolute void for humor is soaking in the attention. SEATTLE —  A Web site created by a pedophile is a virtual “how-to” manual, complete with the best places in western Washington state to see little girls, and tips on how to avoid getting caught by the police.

The site, titled “Seattle-Tacoma-Everett Girl Love,” has been around for a few years. The police know all about it, yet they say they can’t shut it down because the site is legal.

“As disturbing and offensive as we find this, there’s no evidence of a crime, or even suspicion of illegal activity,” said Rebecca Hover of the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Department.

The man who runs it, 45-year-old Jack McClellan, has never been convicted of a sex crime, which means he can attend any family-friendly events where children are present, and take all the pictures he wants for his Web site. He also lives close to a school bus stop.

McClellan says his purpose is to promote association, friendship and legal, consensual hugging and cuddling between men and pre-pubescent girls. He admitted to FOX News that his “age of attraction” is between 3 and 11 years old.

“I guess the main thing is I just think they’re cute, a lot cuter than women. I admit there is kind of an erotic arousal there,” McClellan said.

“It makes me happy simply. Like I said, I think girls are cute, beautiful, just children in general make me happy … being around lots of them. … I’m doing what anyone else would do with a hobby. If someone’s into birds they’re taking pictures of birds. I’m convinced that none of these images are illegal.”

McClellan wants to bring pedophiles out of the closet and give them a way to get some relief, by going out and being around little girls. He suggests a number of places, such as plays at elementary schools, parks, swimming pools and libraries.

Rudolph W. Giuliani told a grand jury that his former chief investigator remembered having briefed him on some aspects of Bernard B. Kerik’s relationship with a company suspected of ties to organized crime before Mr. Kerik’s appointment as New York City police commissioner, according to court records.

Mr. Giuliani, testifying last year under oath before a Bronx grand jury investigating Mr. Kerik, said he had no memory of the briefing, but he did not dispute that it had taken place, according to a transcript of his testimony.

Mr. Giuliani’s testimony amounts to a significantly new version of what information was probably before him in the summer of 2000 as he was debating Mr. Kerik’s appointment as the city’s top law enforcement officer. Mr. Giuliani had previously said that he had never been told of Mr. Kerik’s entanglement with the company before promoting him to the police job or later supporting his failed bid to be the nation’s homeland security secretary.

CLINTON, S.C. - The arrest of two women teachers on charges of having sex with their male students has brought cries of lingering racism in one of South Carolina’s most conservative counties and evoked some of the South’s oldest and deepest-seated racial taboos.Both women are white. The boys — six in all — are black.

Some of the blacks who make up more than a quarter of Laurens County’s 70,000 residents are upset over the handling of the two cases, particularly the release of the teachers on bail.

They say the cases reflect the way crimes by whites against blacks in the segregated South were treated less seriously than other offenses, and blacks who leveled accusations against whites were less likely to be believed.

“If this had been black teachers, they would not be out of jail right now,” said Corinnie Young, a 49-year-old bookstore employee who is black.

Some blacks shudder to think what would have happened if the teachers were black men and the students were white girls.

“I can assure you if it were an African American male who committed such an offense against a white female, history shows us that the charges, the punishment and the sentencing would be totally different,” said state NAACP president Lonnie Randolph. “The system ain’t blind when the perpetrator is an African American male or female or when the victim is a white female.”

Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., has abruptly walked away from her responsibilities with the Senate Military Construction Appropriations Subcommittee after a report linked her votes to the financial well-being of her husband’s companies, which received billions of dollars worth of military construction contracts she approved.

As reported in Metroactive, an online report from the Silicon Valley, Feinstein’s resignation followed six years of subcommittee work during which time her alleged conflict of interest stemmed from her husband Richard C. Blum’s ownership of Perini Corp. and URS Corp.

Feinstein, chairman and ranking member of the subcommittee, regularly reviewed and accepted contracts from her husband’s companies for not only construction work for military bases, but also addressing “quality of life” issues for the veterans of the United States military services.

“As MILCON leader, Feinstein relished the details of military construction, even micromanaging one project at the level of its sewer design,” wrote Peter Byrne in the report. “She regularly took junkets to military bases around the world to inspect construction projects, some of which were contracted to her husband’s companies, Perini Corp. and URS Corp.”

He suggested perhaps Feinstein resigned “because she could not take the heat generated by metro’s expose of her ethics… Or was her work on the subcommittee finished because Blum divested ownership of his military construction and advanced weapons manufacturing firms in late 2005?”

“We use that word – Christian – to refer to people who are evangelical Christians. Dobson wasn’t expressing a personal opinion about his reaction to a Thompson candidacy.”

Thompson has said he is leaving the door open for a presidential run. A Gallup-USA Today poll released on Tuesday has the Tennessee Republican running third behind Rudolph Giuliani and John McCain among Republicans and Republican-leaning voters.

Although Dobson has not endorsed any Republican presidential candidate, he told Gilgoff that former House Speaker Newt Gingrich was the “brightest guy out there” and “the most articulate politicians on the scene today.”

Gilgoff is the author of the new book “The Jesus Machine: How James Dobson, Focus on the Family, and Evangelical America Are Winning the Culture War.”

In the 2004 race, Dobson gave the first public presidential endorsement of his career, supporting George Bush. Bush got almost 6 million new white evangelical votes in 2004 that he didn’t get in 2000.

“Half of voting-age Americans say they would not vote for Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.) if she became the Democratic nominee for president in 2008, according to a Harris Interactive poll released Tuesday.

More than one in five Democrats that participated in the survey said they would not vote for Clinton. Overall, 36 percent say they would vote for the former first lady and 11 percent are unsure of their top choice.

Forty-eight percent of Independent voters also said that they would choose another candidate over Clinton, the poll, which surveyed 2,223 potential voters, states.”

A Mrs. Bill Clinton presidency should scare anybody.
Individuals who don’t like Washington insider politics should automatically reject her.
Unfortunately there isn’t a decent Democrat running, and don’t give me any Hussein Obama crap either, as I have said BILLIONS of times white folks are not going to vote for any “Magic Negro” when it gets down to actually filling out the ballot.

She is the only candidate that actually scares me. Generally I don’t have any real heartburn when it comes to the presidency. Mrs. Bill Clinton would be the first president where I would have real anxiety as to the direction of the country.

If I were going to vote for any Democrat it would be Mark Warner, I was sad to see him drop out, mostly because he would have been a real challenge to Mrs. Bill.

IRWINDALE, Calif. — Eddie Griffin crashed a rare Ferrari Enzo worth $1.5 million into a concrete barrier while practicing at a racetrack, destroying the car but escaping uninjured.
The 38-year-old actor-comedian was practicing Monday for a charity race to promote his upcoming film, “Redline,” when he drove too fast around a curve at the Irwindale Speedway. Video footage shows the red sports car screeching before it ricocheted off the barrier with heavy damage to its front.

“Undercover Brother’s good at karate and all the rest of that, but the Brother can’t drive,” said Griffin, referring to his 2002 movie, after the accident.

The film’s publicist, Wendy Zocks, said Griffin was “doing OK.”

“He walked away completely unscratched, but probably a little shaken,” Zocks said.

The Enzo is owned by “Redline” executive producer Daniel Sadek, whose exotic car collection is featured in the movie.

Sadek said the Enzo was damaged beyond repair.

“I’m glad Eddie came out of the crash OK, but my dream car got destroyed,” Sadek said. “I went to my trailer for about 15 minutes and I thought,`There’s people dying every day. A lot of worse things are happening in the world.’”

The latest USA Today/Gallup poll, conducted Friday through Sunday, on the presidential race is out, and it’s a humdinger. It’s hard to say what the headline even is. Here are a few tries, though:

* Romney’s support drops to within the margin of error of not existing (that’s 3% support in a poll where the margin of error is 3%).

* Giuliani’s support drops 13 percentage points since the last USA Today/Gallup poll, March 2-4 (that’s gotta hurt).

* Fred Thompson (not running, by the way) is now the No. 3 in the GOP field, at 12%.

Ultimately, however, I’ll go with the headline I’ve chosen above: “Thompson Takes Bites Out of Giuliani, Romney.” While the usual caveats apply about the ridiculous earliness of all of these polls — and, now, the fact that voters know precisely zero about Fred Thompson past what they know of him from “Law & Order” — this is a clear data point on the question of just who is hurt by a Thompson candidacy.

And that is, as I predicted, Mitt Romney (who dropped from 8% to 3% when Thompson was added to the poll), and as I did not in any way predict, Rudy Giuliani, who, again, lost 13 percentage points.

So, why the hit to Mr. Romney? Well, his candidacy has been foundering anyway, and now Mr. Thompson could present an acceptable social-conservative alternative (as I wrote in this column). That all but negates the entire rationale of a Romney candidacy (i.e. “I’m the real conservative!” [– a paraphrase])

Why the hit to Mr. Giuliani? Off the top of my head, I’d say conservative voters who primarily want a winner and someone who will be tough on national security might see Mr. Thompson as being as good as the former mayor, but without a lot of the baggage (social-issue positions and ex wives).

Now, some more caveats. There are other, state-by-state polls that tell a slightly different story. In New Hampshire, an ARG polls shows Mr. Giuliani dipping, possibly because of Mr. Thompson. But an ARG poll of likely Iowa caucus-goers shows Newt Gingrich as the biggest loser (with his poll numbers cut more than in half), and not a big change for Mr. Giuliani. In Ohio, a Quinnipiac poll also showed Mr. Gingrich as the biggest loser.

What does it all mean? Partly, that polls this early swing wildly based on name recognition. But also that — and this may end up being quite important as the race wears on — John McCain’s numbers do not seem to be as susceptible to wild fluctuations as those of some of the other candidates. Conservatives, and Republicans generally, don’t like him. But they basically know who he is, they know what they thought of him yesterday, and they know what they’ll think of him tomorrow.

A real-estate agent from Severna Park who admitted molesting his daughter for seven years and also sexually abused two nieces over nearly 20 years was sentenced yesterday to four months in jail. The short sentence surprised prosecutors, who pointed in court to all the hurt the man caused his family. It also outraged some of the man’s neighbors, who have said his daughter needs to be protected from him. People in the State’s Attorney’s Office were clearly upset outside the courtroom. Kristin Riggin, an office spokesman, said later: “We felt that we presented a strong case and sufficient evidence in court today to support a lengthy jail term.”

Circuit Court Judge Joseph P. Manck also ordered the man to serve eight months on house arrest following his release from jail, meaning the total sentence is technically one year. The man, whose name isn’t being printed to protect his daughter, will likely be allowed to leave jail during the day for work.

This post is from Michelle Malkin, but briefly, ya know I came back from the protest in Washington on March 17, and I was critical of some of the behaviors of the rednecks in the leather jackets and rightfully so.
However since then, Malkin and a number of other right leaning sites have highlighted these liberal fucks engaging in the most ridiculous behaviors imaginable. I now think we can use more leather jacket ass kicking rednecks.

Although I already have a healthy amount of disdain for liberals anyway the antics of these bastards are really pissing me off.
What irritates me more is I have yet to find any liberal blog, newspaper, Democrat presidential candidate, or any other elected official denounce this crap.

As far as I’m concerned this deafening silence speaks more about Democrat liberals than the actions in the photo.

Williams had scored quite a journalistic coup, an exclusive sit-down with embattled Attorney General Alberto Gonzales. Later, Williams chatted live from DC with Matt Lauer back in the New York studio. Discussing the decision by a senior aide to Gonzales to invoke the Fifth Amendment should she be called to testify before congress regarding the firing of the U.S. attorneys, Williams said:

“Congress could try to force Monica Lewinsky — uh, Monica Goodling, rather, to testify by giving her immunity. But it’s more likely they’ll simply use her reluctance to testify as another reason to wonder what really happened. Matt.”

Matt managed to control his mirth, as did Williams in signing off, but you sensed a nervous chuckle was just below the surface on both ends of the conversation. (view video below)

Ministers are expected to abandon plans for a statutory definition of “drunken consent” in rape cases after new guidelines from senior judges.Sir Igor Judge, Head of Criminal Justice, said yesterday that the existing law on consent in rape cases was adequate to deal with allegations of rape in the context of drink.Ministers were looking at tightening the law because only 5.7 per cent of reported rapes result in a conviction.But in a test appeal yesterday Sir Igor said that it would be impossible to devise a system to link a person’s capacity to consent with how much alcohol was consumed.The key test remained whether an alleged victim had lost her capacity to consent, whether through drink or any other substance, he said. An alleged victim who had drunk “even substantial quantities” could still consent to sex. Equally a woman who had been drinking might have lost her capacity to consent, in which case sexual intercourse would be rape. This capacity to consent, he added, could evaporate well before she became unconscious.

The Court of Appeal was giving its reasons for recently quashing the conviction of a 25-year-old man found guilty of raping a student after an evening of heavy drinking. Story Link
