Perfect example of why I have little respect for liberals

Jerry Brown has 41 Point Lead in CA Attorney General Race. AMAZING!

A recently released field poll shows Jerry Brown up 41 points over his opponent in the Democratic primary, Rocky Delgadillo. The poll puts Brown at 59% of the vote to Delgadillo’s 18%, with 23% undecided. Read the full story here.

This is big news for Jerry, as he is now the clear frontrunner to challenge Republican Charles Poochigian in the general.

—————

The fact this dude is still a player in California Politics just goes to show you how fucked up that state is.
Brown is a nut. Pure and simple. The following quote explains.

“Brown’s liberal credentials are quite solid. Besides being an original champion of extreme environmental causes, he supports the imposition of a full-fledged Canadian style health care system in the U.S. He is strongly pro-abortion  is an active supporter of much of the homosexual agenda, and is adamantly opposed to the concept of a death penalty. Brown has declared himself to be a kindred spirit to Ralph Nader, and has worked hard to convince Jesse Jackson to be his running mate.”

Nagin, Landrieu in New Orleans Runoff Election

NewsMax.com Wires

NEW ORLEANS — Mayor Ray Nagin and Lt. Gov. Mitch Landrieu will compete in a runoff next month following Saturday’s mayoral election, a tricky experiment of modern-day democracy that gave voters scattered by Hurricane Katrina a say in this city’s future.

With 91 percent of precincts reporting in the nonpartisan primary, Nagin topped all candidates with 38 percent or 28,123 votes but fell short of the majority he would have needed to win a second term and avoid the May 20 runoff.

——————–

If NOLA is stupid enough to vote that incompetent bastard again for Mayor none of my tax dollars should go down there. I guess if Landrieu is the runner up you really have no choices. If dude is as stupid and idiotic as his sister he isn’t much of a choice.

The place is doomed.

Howard Dean: Katrina Will Cost Bush

Saturday, April 22nd, 2006

 hd11.jpg

FROM NEWSMAX: Standing beside rusted-out cars and soggy mounds of debris, Democratic chairman Howard Dean criticized the Bush administration’s post-hurricane recovery effort and predicted voters would remember its “incredible failure.”               “This is a searing, burning issue,” Dean said. “I think it’s going to cost George Bush his legacy and it’s going to cost the Republicans the House and maybe the Senate, and maybe very well the presidency in the next election.”

“It’s shameful that Democrats are so eager to exploit this national crisis that they revert to finger-pointing for political gain rather than talking about any solutions,”               Tracey Schmitt, a Republican National Committee spokeswoman.

DITTO! Most libs who like this idiot fail to realize that he might be the single reason Republican are safe in 06 and 08, because this fucken idiot can’t keep his mouth shut. Democrats who were suppose to be leading the charge in support of the Katrina victims bailed on them. You have not head shit from any democrats about NOLA and what to do down there, now idiot Dean wants to make this into a campaign issue when you know damm well he does not give a shit about those black folks! Punk ass Democrats!

Poll: Mexicans Say U.S. is Racist

Saturday, April 22nd, 2006

WHAT EVER GAVE THEM THAT IDEA!

 sharpie-mexicans.jpg

A new poll on Mexican attitudes towards the U.S. debate on illegal immigration has found that a large plurality of those surveyed say Americans who favor tighter border security are “racist.”

BUT I’M BLACK, I CAN’T BE RACISTS, SO……WHERE IS THAT FUCKEN WALL!

The survey, co-sponsored by the Dallas Morning New and Mexico’s El Universal newspaper, found that the largest segment of respondents - 43 percent - cited racism as the chief reason that Americans oppose illegal immigration.

A much smaller number - 16 percent - said U.S. citizens are most concerned about law enforcement. Just 14 percent think Americans are not racist, but fear being overrun by foreign cultures.

“Yes, it’s true about racism,” said Gloria Vázquez Solache, 59, a Mexico City resident who was among those polled. “They humiliate our countrymen and even burn Mexican flags. Fear of a ‘foreign culture’ is nonsense.”

THEN FUCKEN GO BACK TO MEXICO, IS OLE SNIFF MISSING SOMETHING.

The same poll found that 76 percent of Mexicans think that crossing into the U.S. illegally should not be a crime.

OH SHIT, REALLY!!!

79 percent of Mexicans want illegals already in the US to be legalized.

SHOCKING! I WOULD HAVE NEVER GUESSED THAT!

Ok those of you who don’t know Katherine Harris go HERE and read about her. Then you will understand why she is a frequent target of the Libs. Libs still blame her for G-dubs first electorial victory. Anywho I peeped this on one of the comical liberal blogs it twas kinda funny. She is supposedly being interviewed, shit I don’t know what the fuck she is doing.

KATHERINE HARRIS GIVES EVERYTHING SHE HAS TO YOUNG REPORTER

kh1.jpg

kh2.jpg

“Stephen Elliott snapped these photos while traveling with Katherine Harris this week. Harris is fawning over Justin Richards of the University of Florida, Gainesville student newspaper.

“[Harris] took him by the hand and led him over to the bar and said she wanted to have a ‘nuclear’ conversation with him…and wanted to ‘talk about nuclear technology.’ Then she led him back to the table and sat him down, sat next to him, and her foot was brushing against his foot, her knee was half-an-inch away, she leaned in real close and started calling him ‘honey.’”

The poor young reporter told Elliot:

“I had my face in my notepad a lot, because everytime I looked up she was so close to me.”

WELL DID THEY KNOCK BOOTS OR WHAT!!?

“Based on decades of personal experience, articles, and studies I’ve read through the years, I’m convinced the achievement gap is exacerbated by certain factors in the black American subculture. Of course, all subcultures have issues, but I think the lack of focus on education — not just in the abstract, but as a concrete way of life — is largely absent in many black communities. At this point I’m tempted to focus only on “poor” or “uneducated” blacks, but I won’t give in to it. The gap exists among all socioeconomic classes, but so-called affirmative action benefits blacks in higher class levels the most. Families don’t have to make lots of money to supplement a child’s education at home. All they need is a precious commodity called TIME. Even if you don’t have a college degree or didn’t finish high school, you can still read to your child every day and take him to libraries and museums often…..Talking to your child, correcting mispronounced words, reading to him — these things require no money. If he’s at the homework stage, check it every night and make sure it’s done. Stay in touch with teachers and monitor your child’s progress. If there’s a problem, find out what you need to do on your end to help fix it. Join and participate in parent-teacher conferences. Parental involvement in education is crucial.” — La Shawn Barber, conservative blogger

A PPP EXCLUSIVE!! THE DEMOCRATS HAVE A PLAN!

FROM THE DEAMOCRAT DAILY BLOG…

“Naturally, being an avid supporter of Senator Kerry for many years, and more enthusiastically since the Presidential Primaries of 2003, and the Presidential Election of 2004, I listened intently to Senator Kerry’s message. I came away totally impressed and ready to continue the fight for democracy in America, as well as the Democratic Party’s values.     Much has been said on mainstream media, etc., that the Democrats “do not have a plan.” I’d like to share the following ten-point plan seen through the eyes of a vital, exuberant, and wise Democrat, and servant of our government for twenty-four plus years:”

(1) Obey the law, and Protect civil rights in this country.

(2) Tell the truth, and tell it to Americans all the time.

(3) Fire the incompetents, and Restore competence and integrity to Washington.

(4) Chase the money changers from the temples of democracy, and
reclaim it for the grassroots of this nation.

5) Bring our troops home from Iraq.

(6) Find Osama bin Laden, and Secure our ports and homeland.

(7) Stop subsidizing “Big Oil,” and start investing in energy alternatives.

(8) Make access to affordable healthcare a right and not a privilege.

(9) Reduce the deficit, and Respect work over wealth.

(10) Invest in education, and Fight for American jobs that restore the American dream.

—————–

Well let me just run right down and get my party affiliation changed. The Democrats are now focused and ready to lead the country in the right direction. (laughter………more laughter………oh shit, that tis funny……..stop it your killing me……..coke out of the nose…….)

Requiem for Environmentalism

Thursday, April 20th, 2006

NE.jpg

By PIOTR C. BRZEZINSKI

Environmentalism is dead; long live the environment!

This pronouncement might seem a touch premature, especially to the 500 million people who will celebrate the 37th Earth Day this weekend—a collective “not dead yet” wheeze. However, these numbers mask the growing irrelevance of the environmentalist movement. Having lost its credibility with alarmist rhetoric and obsolete ideological ballast, the movement must develop a moderate discourse while challenging its previous assumptions and outdated theories.

The contemporary environmentalist movement faces a stark choice: change tactics or fade into irrelevance. Over the past decade, environmentalists have achieved few political victories and utterly failed to influence the general public. As indicated by a recent MIT study, the public knows little about environmental problems, and cares less. Out of 21 national and international issues, Americans ranked environmental problems 13th, well below terrorism, taxes, crime, and drugs.

Murders up 30% in Houston, I wonder why!?

Storm Evacuees Placing Strains on Texas Hosts

HOUSTON, April 15 — To the long list of adjectives used to describe Texans since last summer’s hurricanes — munificent, intrepid, scrappy — add one more: fed up.

Seven months after two powerful hurricanes blew through the Gulf Coast, elected officials, law enforcement agencies and many residents say Texas is nearing the end of its ability to play good neighbor without compensation.

Houston is straining along its municipal seams from the 150,000 new residents from New Orleans, officials say. Crime was already on the rise there before the hurricane, but the Houston police say that evacuees were victims or suspects in two-thirds of the 30 percent increase in murders since September. The schools are also struggling to educate thousands of new children.

Another G Dub dis… You liberals are boring me!

Wednesday, April 19th, 2006

w.jpg

Now I don’t read Rolling Stone, I don’t believe I have ever read it. So I generally don’t give a shit what publications like this have to say.
If they indeed had a measure of influence then G dub would not have been elected in the first place.
However my question is, if you are a liberal and you voted for the other candidates in the 04 and 00 elections particularly if you were a strong supporter of the opposing candidates. How fucked up must you feel to know that your candidates sucked so much that they could not beat the “worst president in history”?
Don’t give me this Gore won the popular vote crap and voter fraud crap either.
More importantly if G Dub is that bad then why do liberal blogs, websites and publications like Rolling Stone dedicate so much time in dissing dude rather than forwarding ideas for their potential Democratic Party candidates to ensure victory in 08.
He obviously pissed away the last five, six whatever years, surely Democrats finally have a message for the country that is worth listening too. Surely Democrats can stop dissing G Dub because they now have a clear vision for the country. They have a plan to make the economy stronger, create jobs, they have an immigration policy.
Note to Rolling Stone hello, dude can not be elected to another term. Just what does constantly hollering that he is the worst president in history suppose to prove?
Another question is just who reads Rolling Stone. The only people I know who read it are burnouts, weedheads and Meth junkies assuming they can put the pipe down long enough to read it.
Nice cover, but are you not preaching to the choir on that one? Just askin’

Illegal Immigration Threatens Tidal Change In Black Politics

Tuesday, April 18th, 2006

 110_cartoon_rodney_large.jpg

By Earl Ofari Hutchinson, BlackNews.com Columnist

The tremor from the illegal immigration fight has shaken Democrats and Republicans. But it also threatens a tidal change in black politics. Though Latinos have displaced blacks as the nation’s biggest minority group, the popular notion lingers that they are years away from packing the political wallop of black voters and politicians. Language, citizenship, age, and lack of education supposedly prevent millions of legal and illegal Latino immigrants from muscling out blacks from the top spot in ethnic politics. The illegal immigration battle has shattered that myth.

In 2000, the 23 million blacks eligible to vote dwarfed the 13 million Latinos that were eligible to vote even though Latinos then had virtually reached parity with blacks in the population. More than one-third of the Latino population was less than 18 years old. Forty percent of Latinos that were of eligible voting age were non-citizens. Only 5 percent of blacks that were of voting age were non-citizens. But that is quickly changing. Since the 2000 election the number of Latinos of voting age and that are citizens has jumped. There are now an estimated 10 million Latino registered voters. That compares more favorably and evenly with the 15 million black voters in the 2004 election. The surge in registered voters is not the only shift that has changed ethnic politics in America. In past elections, the majority of the Latino vote was concentrated in California, Texas, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona, and Colorado. In the 2006 national elections, helped by the sharp increase in the number of legal and illegal immigrants in the Midwest and Northeastern states, the Latino vote will have national impact. MORE

Cynthia McKinney Uses Racism as a Crutch
by George E. Curry
NNPA Columnist

Cynthia McKinney learned a long time ago that many African-Americans will give you a pass if you merely scream racism, regardless of whether it’s true. I am fed up with public officials yelling racism merely to deflect attention away from their own misbehavior. Discrimination is still rampant in this society. And if the specter of racism is raised when it does not apply, my fear is that when genuine cases arise, they will be discounted because of previous false claims.

If McKinney felt she was being racially profiled, she should have noted the officer’s name and badge number and taken the matter up with his supervisor or in Congressional hearings.

Did you notice that after Ms. Super Black charged racism at a news conference, she walked off hand-in-hand with her White lawyer?

Washington, D.C. has no shortage of talented Black lawyers. And if Cynthia McKinney wants us to think that she’s so pro-Black, it seems only natural that Ms. Super Black would have hired a Black lawyer. Of course, she can hire whomever she likes, but she can’t have it both ways.

Democrats Plan Race-Based Campaign Against Black Candidate in Maryland (Steele)
The New York Sun Richard Minter
Democrats plan a race-based campaign against a candidate who aims to be Maryland’s first black man elected to the U. S. Senate, according to a confidential Democratic Party campaign document obtained by The New York Sun.

The target of the emerging smear campaign is Michael Steele, the Republican nominee for a seat vacated by Paul Sarbanes, a liberal Democrat who has represented Maryland in the Senate for 30 years.

With the help of life-size cardboard silhouettes of Mr. Steele and the slogan “Make History,” Mr. Steele became Maryland’s lieutenant governor in 2002 - the first black man ever elected to statewide office in the state. Now he hopes to make history again.

Mr. Steele has long been a focus of Democratic fire. In previous campaigns, Mr. Steele has been pelted with Oreo cookies for allegedly betraying his race. Two Democratic campaign staffers resigned last year when they illicitly obtained copies of Mr. Steele’s financial records.

Now a confidential report, prepared for the Maryland Democratic Party and the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee calls for “aggressive” and immediate action against Mr. Steele.

The Republican has “a clear ability to break through the Democratic stronghold among African American voters in Maryland,” the report predicted.

Democrats’ victory calculus has long relied on capturing virtually all of the black vote. Now a 37-page report, based on a telephone survey of 489 black likely voters and presented by Cornell Belcher, a pollster handpicked by Democratic National Committee chairman Howard Dean, suggests that some of that support may be slipping away

“At this time, a majority of African-American voters are open to supporting Steele, particularly younger voters,” Mr. Belcher concluded.

“Steele’s messaging to the African American community has clearly had a positive effect - with many voters reciting his campaign.

Don’t you just love attention grabbing hoes….no I mean Jessie!

Monday, April 17th, 2006

 J1.jpg

All of the young black folks around this country in need of educational assistance, you mean to tell me this hoe is in need of “special” attention? This in a nut shell is why I can’t stand fake ass leftist idiots like Jackson. Is this man so stupid as to not realize just what a slap in the face this kind of shit is to hard working young black kids who made education a priority EARLY and did not go into the hoe business, doing lap dances for horny frat boys. I swear only Democrats do this kind of stupid symbolic shit.

THE STORY….Jesse Jackson: Scholarship for Duke ‘Victim’

The Rev. Jesse Jackson said Saturday his Chicago-based Rainbow/Push Coalition will pay the college tuition of a black stripper who told police she was raped by white members of Duke University’s men’s lacrosse team - no matter the outcome of the case.

“I can’t wait … to talk with her and have prayer with her, because our organization is committed, when she’s physically and emotionally able … to provide for her the scholarship money to finish school so she will never … again have to stoop that low to survive,” he said from Chicago in a telephone interview with The Associated Press.

When asked, the civil rights leader also said his group will pay for the woman’s tuition even if her story proves false. Attorneys for the lacrosse players have strongly denied any sexual assault took place at the March 13 party, citing DNA tests performed on all 46 of the team’s white members that failed to match any samples taken from the woman.

Defense attorneys have said they expect the case to go to a grand jury on Monday.

But Jackson said there is plenty of circumstantial evidence indicating something happened to the woman, a 27-year-old divorced mother of two who is a student across town from Duke at historically black North Carolina Central University.
A doctor and forensic nurse who examined the woman shortly after the alleged attack found evidence consistent with rape, according to court documents. Defense attorneys claim time-stamped photographs prove the woman was injured and intoxicated when she arrived at the party.

Attorney Bill Thomas said Saturday a member of the defense team had interviewed the other dancer who performed that night, and that she “has stated point blank she does not believe this allegation.”

Jackson said the defense has vilified the accuser by talking about the photos and her criminal past. The woman pleaded guilty four years ago to stealing the taxi of a man for whom she was performing a lap dance, then trying to run a sheriff’s deputy over with it.

“There’s more evidence that violence occurred to her than she’s the lead of a hoax,” Jackson said.

Jackson has not spoken with the woman, but said he has been in touch with people who have. He has been told that she had plans to go to law school, and “we want to help her with that, too.” The woman should be able to support her children and pay her tuition without having “to sacrifice her body to make money.”
Thomas called Jackson offer to pay for the alleged victim’s tuition “very kind.”

“I certainly would have no problem whatsoever with that,” he said. “I think it’s a great thing for her.”

Jackson said he will discuss the case Sunday morning on his radio show, “Keep Hope Alive.” With him will be Charles Ogletree Jr. from Harvard Law School; the Rev. William Barber, head of the North Carolina NAACP; and Prof. Peter Woods, a history professor at Duke.

I SAY GOOD SERVES THE LITTLE BASTARDS RIGHT! MAD UPS TO MS. MARQUEZ!!

By Hemmy So, Times Staff Writer

As students from neighboring secondary schools walked out of class recently to protest immigration legislation, one Inglewood elementary school imposed a lockdown so severe that some students were barred from using the restroom. Instead, they used buckets placed in classroom corners or behind teachers’ desks.

Appalled by the school’s action, Worthington Elementary School parents have complained to the school board and plan to attend another board meeting next week.
Principal Angie Marquez imposed the lockdown March 27 when nearly 40,000 middle and high school students across Southern California staged walkouts.

TEN COMMANDMENTS FOR 2008 DEMOCRATS

Saturday, April 15th, 2006

dem1.jpg

Found on the blog: Organized Chaos

pollster frank luntz suggests a strategy for democrats that makes sense in this report(large PDF).

Sample:

TEN COMMANDMENTS FOR 2008 DEMOCRATS

1. Don’t feel my pain - give me something to alleviate it. Democrats don’t want to be told what’s wrong with America. They want to be told what you plan to do about it. They’re not looking for the diagnosis - they know what ails them. They want the cure. The candidate most focused on “solutions” will have the advantage.

2. Leave Bush out of it. We know why we don’t like him. Tell us why we should like you instead. They hear enough Bush-bashing and engage in it themselves. They assume all the Democratic candidates feel as they do: it’s time for a change. They’re looking for the candidate that articulates the answer to the specific problem Bush created.

3. What would Jesus do? Tell me what YOU would do and leave Jesus out of it. The time for a conversation about faith and spirituality is in the general election, not the primaries. Democrats don’t want to hear about your church. If they really cared, they’d be Republicans.

From my “recycled stuff” pile.

AN OLD POST FROM MY OLD BLOG…BUT SINCE I AM STILL READING SIMILAR STUFF ON LIBERAL BLOGS…WELL U KNOW…….

“I blame BUSH for the declining moral standards in Springfield! But at least we have busses and all of our Negro residents are employed!”

Los Angeles lost its electrical power the other day, and within minutes Jesse Jackson said President Bush’s racism was at fault. Maureen Dowd got off some cutesy one-liners about limited government limiting civilization. Michael Moore likewise worried that starving the government had enfeebled it. And, Democrats called for an investigation.
Yes, this particular blame barrage came to me in a dream, but although it’s not real, it’s hard to imagine Jackson missing any opportunity to call an official a racist _ that being his role in life, his profession, his calling. Still, people of normal sensibilities might be surprised that he said racism kept the federal government from coming to the rescue as quickly as it should have in New Orleans. After all, he had no evidence. But little things like evidence _ or the fact that some well-off whites were among the hurricane’s victims _ have never stopped him.
Now, the Rev. Jackson is actually saying it’s racist to call those blacks who left Louisiana seeking refuge in other states “refugees,” and I agree: Stop using that ugly epithet this minute. Once you get started down that road, the next thing you know you will be calling them people in need of help, or something like that, and pretty soon all kinds of other ugly things might ensue. Right?

Recycled liberal arrogance….

FROM CHUCKIE!
Mercury Rising

The fact is that the American people are abysmally informed. Many right-wingers want to be misinformed, because keeping themselves misinformed is the only way to justify to themselves the deep wrongs against their country they are complicit in. Some examples we’re all familiar with:

1. we offered a thread to right-wingers to argue the case for invading Syria. Months have gone by, with no takers.
2. we have offered another person, who claimed in e-mail to be seeking a dialogue, a thread to argue the case for Iraq. Unfortunately, he wasn’t interested enough in dialogue to actually read our offer.
3. we have witnessed the unfortunate self-humiliation of another right-winger who tried to use misdirection, ad hominem, and even outright falsehood to try to diminish the gravity of Bush’s lawbreaking in eavesdropping on Americans without a FISA warrant.

I happen to be working on a longer piece that deals with rhetorical techniques and can supply the Latin names for each of these kinds of game playing, but think there’s a single Anglo Saxon noun that provides a far better description.

But it’s not people like the right-wingers with ADHD that are the problem. Such people have always been with us and always will be. Usually they are kept in check (and at the margins of power) by ordinary citizens who realize that their own long-term self-interest lies with making sure that the budget gets balanced more or less, that corporations don’t get too powerful, and that the poor don’t get ground down too far. Absent blind hubris, all of us know that disaster or illness could reduce us to the straits of the shopping cart people. A small dose of “there but for the grace of God go I” does wonders to achieve political balance.

No, the problem is that most Americans have put the slave collar on themselves. They don’t pay attention to politics, they don’t challenge their assumptions, they don’t visit the other side of the tracks, and they don’t vote. When they see wrong, they stay silent. Until the tens of millions of disengaged people get off the sidelines and start doing their duties as citizens, America is not really a democracy, no matter which party is in office.

One of the Web’s finest moments–so far!– was when the British ambassador to Uzbekhistan released his correspondence to the British government showing that the Blair Administration knew about American complicity in the vile tortures going on in that nation. The British government threatened every publication that reprinted them with prosecution, at which point many websites picked published the documents themselves. The cry, from a thousand blogs, was “I am Spartacus!”… as they reprinted the articles.

These are people who know what freedom is, and that it comes at a price. That price, at a minimum, is staying well-informed and involved with neighbors and community, seeking out other points of view (and wanting to be sure they are represented in the public square), and refusing to grant wrongdoing the darkness it loves. We are people of the light not because we are in any way Elect or morally superior, but to the extent that the light of truth gives us joy, even when it illuminates our own error for the world to see.

The darkness is already lifting from America as the people see that the so-called “conservative movement” was never about anything more than money. And so, as I reflect on this day of rest, I give thanks for my colleagues PW and MEC, for our readers, and for every other person who loves the light.

Perfect entry for outlining my contempt for liberals.
People like Chuckie wake up each morning looking in the mirror and believing in their moral and intellectual superiority.
Mutherfuckers like this write this crazy bullshit and I bet gazing lovingly at their own blogsterbation.
Some of you liberals need to get over yourselves. You are not that smart and you sure as hell are not that bright.
I oft wonder how do you manage to tolerate the rest of us in YOUR world?
Fucken arrogant bastards.

Lawmakers split Omaha school district along minority lines

This is one of the stupidest things I have ever heard of. This kind of racists illogical decision making ranks up these with the Oakland Public Schools attempt to institute Ebonics into the curriculum.

What fucken idiot cracka dreamed up this idea. Not many issues can make me speechless, but this happening today in 2006 is one of them.

If there isn’t an uproar across the country on this, we all are in fucken trouble.

The public education system has already fucked over black kids, stick a fork in the kids from Omaha, they are done!

The story……

LINCOLN, Neb. In a move decried by some as state-sponsored segregation, the Legislature voted yesterday to divide the 45,000-student Omaha school system into three districts — one that is mostly black, one predominantly white, and one largely Hispanic.

Supporters, including the bill’s sponsor and the state Legislature’s lone black senator, said the plan would give minorities control over their own school board and ensure that their children are not shortchanged in favor of white youngsters.

Neil Young, Son of Famed Reporter, Records “Impeach the President” Song

By E&P Staff NEW YORK As an E&P “Pressing Issues” column recently noted, rock star Neil Young is the son of a famed Canadian journalist, so it should not surprise many that he recently recorded a song in California with a very reportorial — or at least pundit — feel to it. It’s called “Impeach the President,” so there can be little question what it is about.

I have a question for you Bush/ Republican haters. Am I missing something, as far as I know Bush can’t run for reelection can he? I am reading all sorts of shit about how the Democrats think that because of Bush’s approval numbers and the DeLay crap, that they have a shot at gaining control in Washington. Now when I had my old blog months ago, I said fucken over and over when will Democrats stop with the “republicans are bad, so vote for us shit”. Are you fucken liberal Democrats that devoid of common fucken sense that your judgment is severely clouded. Please tell me how putting you socialist freaks in control will I guess change the course of this country.

Was there some blog convention out there that I missed that said your marching orders are to hammer away at Bush, Delay (the old bastard crook in Cali, I forgot the name) never mind forwarding any sustentative ideas for the country or forwarding any platform, just rally the blogland sheep into a frenzy until the blood is coming out of their eyes.

Keep appearing at public lectures and forums and for some cheep applause and adulation just say “this fascists president” or ”corrupt administration” and get some sexual gratification by slamming this administration in front of your homies. Chicks did liberal dudes who slam the prez!

I’m thinking what the fuck, does it take for you liberal bloggers to start posting your Democratic Party strengths instead of perceived Republican weaknesses.

I’m being totally serious. If you have a blog and you post something that talks about ideas, without mentioning Impeach Bush!, or anti Delay shit, please let me know, because I can’t find it. As for Neil Young, c’mon dude sucks anyway. Dude must be broke and starving for attention. Geeze nobody else has been creative enough to come up with a Impeach the president tune. What a fucken creative guy!

Wall Street Journal Editorial

American blacks who are affiliated with the Republican Party are vigorously vilified by Democrats, especially black Democrats. Uncle Tom, sell-out, Oreo — the list of slurs is long. But it is not only insults. I am the founder and director of a unique, progressive homeless facility in downtown Los Angeles, known as the Dome Village. Yet the 35 men, women and children and their pets who call the Dome Village home are being “evicted” from privately owned property after 12-and-a-half years — apparently on account of my political beliefs and activities. You see, though I am a leading homeless activist, I am also a conservative Republican and a strong supporter of President Bush. Here’s how the situation played out.

Recently, I was invited to address a local Republican Women’s Club; my landlord read an article in the local paper reporting on the event. Soon after, I received a notice raising the Dome Village rent from $2,500 a month to $18,330.

Anger, apology over “Condoleezza” quiz

“Condoleezza holds a watermelon just over the edge of the roof of the 300-foot Federal Building, and tosses it up with a velocity of 20 feet per second.” The question went on to ask when the watermelon will hit the ground, based on a formula provided. The question propagates a racial stereotype and denigrates Secretary of State Rice, said Perryman. While Rice’s last name wasn’t mentioned, the reference was clear, he said.
