Maybe they could just pass a law saying that he's been found. But I really hate it that the Dems are starting to use the word "homeland" like the GOP. I mean really hate it. Can't anyone say "America" anymore? The rest is not a plan, it's simply the same non-plan in the same non-specifics that has caused them to be non-elected in the first place.
